Beautiful cashmere, beautifully wrapped, delivered promptly. I was a returning customer. Will definitely buy again. Items purchased just a little short in the body, but I have a very long torso, so not necessarily will be the case for others.

How I came to buy two similar items...
I have a few pieces from the various collections by Loop. Mainly cardigans and I love their stylish pieces. They are amazing quality and the designer led touches separate them for the cashmere two pieces my Grannie wore. I thought a blue top may be a nice change...I was under time pressure so called Richard at Loop who immediately suggested overnight delivery,
I loved the Lapis blue shade, the cardi/jacket with pearl buttons looked a great piece for smart trips to London and Edinburgh by train, that I frequently make. So its head was in the bag.
I then spotted the same shade with the white shell trim and buttons that would look good with pale blue jeans. Then it too was fighting to get its head in the bag.
My intention had been to choose one piece on arrival.
Needless to say both were stuck in the bag so I am having to keep the two. Different - totally - but the colour is fabulous and they fit different occasions..

This was my first order from Loop cashmere but won’t be my last. I had a question which was answered immediately and my jumper was dispatched an hour later- arrived the next day. Brilliant customer service.
The cashmere polo neck jumper in Snow White was slightly cream in colour ( I was after pure white) but the jumper was beautiful and had little details that I wasn’t expecting so I kept it anyway.
I love that’s it’s a British company that is small and caring.
Sizing- I’m an 8/10 and the size small was a perfect fit, not too tight and not too loose.
Thanks Loop, I took ages to decide splashing out on the jumper but I’m glad I did!

Everything I’ve ever purchased from Loop cashmere (which is a considerable amount) I have loved and cherished and still do; both the quality of the products I’ve bought and the lovely customer service I get from the The company is amazing. They are the schizzle.

I wanted to purchase a cardigan for a special occasion as the weather was not looking great, however the website said I could not choose quick delivery. That evening I had a message from loop asking why I hadn't continued with my purchase and offering a discount. When I explained why they said they could make it happen, so I went ahead and purchased and the cardigan arrived as promised just in time. They didn't even charge me for special delivery. I will definitely purchase from here again. The cardigan was super and good quality.

They went above and beyond for me. I bought the cashmere wrap for a trip to NYC. Thinking it might not arrive in time for my flight, I called the team Friday. They’re in Leeds like me and I just wanted to know if I could definitely get my wrap in time before my trip.

I wasn’t in the office in the AM but one of the Loop team (maybe Ruby who I spoke with) hand dropped the box to our business address.

That’s the type of service we give. It’s wonderful to see other companies going above and beyond too. I’m thrilled. These guys deserve great sales and they have beautiful cashmere garments that I love.

I rate this five star because it is just that - lush colour and design, luxurious softest cashmere and lovely cream colour. It looks good over everything and I love it. Great service from Loop, packing and delivery perfect.
