Very nice tool. Spoke to Ray who was very helpful during the onboarding process. I set up my abandoned cart AI flow and it started calling immediately. Compared to others out there, the quality of the call is very high.

It has been a useful tool for recovering abandoned carts and it genuinely brings back orders I would have otherwise lost, the calls sound surprisingly natural. I do hope they expand beyond abandoned carts because the potential is big. My only criticism is that I’d like more control over the exact timing of the calls, and the ability to listen back to full recordings would make optimization much easier. Overall a strong start and promising tool that just needs a bit more flexibility.

Works good. Got 27% recoverd carts. Twilio is a bit long to setup, but the platform is good to go.
