Ive had a few hiccups with lootcasino and when i did all these 1 star reviews got me paranoid but heres my telling. I won 3k i turned that 3k into 10k withdrew no problem although had to do in 2 transactions adding up to 2500 a day 1500/1000. Couldnt do more. Got temp banned a couple of times for long sessions but still got my money no problem only took an hour even tho they said 3 days. Couple weeks later brings us to monday slapped 1k on through multiple deposits won another 10 k. Was loving life took out 5k no problem although same as beforw 2 amounts adding to 2.5k a day after this it would not let me withdraw still had 5k on my account. Waited to speao to chatvox asked for agent then he asker for verification of bank card id and proof of address, bank card and id was pretty straight forward addrwss needed to be pdf and mobile chat box doesnt support had to start a new chat on pc give them docs he unblocked withdrawals although didny work in chat he was telling me my withdrawal pool needed to reset, thought he was havibg me on then he goes try in an hour i said this is weird. Then before he left he said wait its just done itbtry again boom it worked my accountw unblocked and all my money in 1 single transaction super happy 20k up in like 3 weeks deff would recommend... just make sure u have the documents they need to hand b4. Ramon sorted me out however my rewards is currently still blocked and i have 9000000 points but thats an issue for another day

Similar to others, deposited my £10 to supposedly get 50 free spins, haven't received them, emailed customer support 5 days ago got an instant generic reply back saying they had received message and would reply shortly, 5 days later still nothing. Absolute waste of time just don't bother.

Update now 11 days later and still nothing so decided to just withdraw my cash balance but it said minimum withdrawal £20, so I deposited enough to take my cash balance £20 then went to withdraw and it said sorry you have not gambled enough, please contact customer support.

Beware of this casino. They do not reply to emails, the clear your account for KYC but then do not allow you to withdraw any more than £1000 and do not have tools to restrict your gameplay it’s all done via email that they do not reply to. They currently have my funds and I’ve started a complaints process. I’ve written a few emails and no one gets back to you. I just want to withdraw my funds and it feels like there is an intentional block to delay the process as much as possible.

They take some of your money off you whenever you withdraw just cause they want to. Never known any other casino that does that. I mean, they’re already more likely to win than lose to the customer but this lot feel the need to take a cut if the customer wins too. Ridiculous. I’d deposited several times before I managed to get a very modest win and tried to withdraw £25, they took £2.50 of it! I also got an email telling me I had deposited over £1000 in one day which made me panic and check my bank thinking I’d been robbed! It was false though. What they meant was I had deposited £15 twice then made over £1000 of wagers. Very different things but they either have limited knowledge of how betting works, or of the way the English language works. Either way, won’t be using them again
