It is so refreshing to deal with a company where the telephone is promptly answered by a human (without any 'press button 1' etc) then to be quickly passed to the correct department who was quickly able to deal with an order-related issue (thank you).
This an only ever result in result in a 5-star review.

Searched on Google for 1000W Microwave, Lord's (Carvell's) had best price, in stock at Rugby store. Placed order early hours, at 09:00 had a call to advise ready for collection behind counter. All staff pleasant and very helpful, then follow up email thanking me for the order. Old school service, keep it up guys, we will be back for sure

I have used Lords Electrical for a number of years for the purchase of household appliances. It's a shame that their shop in the town where I live closed down a few years ago, I have no idea why because the population of the town is roughly 26,000. I hope they will return at some point.
