Well done L'Oréal, you have ruined your casting creme hair dye in one go. I have been using this product for years. Now it looks different, white instead of brown, and the results are poor. I now have to look for another brand.

Go cruelty free!!! In this day and age there is no excuse!!
I have been a loyal user of L'Oreal products and know the actual excellent quality of Inforcer Shampoo, but L'Oreal needs to seal the bottles in order to prevent them from being manipulated by dishonest retailers and also be careful regarding their business partners. Specifically, Beauty World- a horrible, irrespinsible retailer in UK. I bought it from Slough branch (Tesco building) and there is some random soap in it. The sales assistant opened 5 bottles in front of me, of what he did not have right, and then they sell these products to customers which turn hair in a terrible condition, dry, dull, as if washed with a washing-up liquid. Then don't respond to emails and when I got back to the shop they refused to refund, almost 30£ was wasted.
If I were a new customer, I'd think this shampoo is just rubbish and never buy again. This is what such dishonest retailers like Beauty World UK do to L'Oreal.

Jeg tænker kontakter apoteker hovedsædet.
I mange år har jeg brugt Vichy, men det er ikke kvalitet længere.
Jeg har i sidste uge sendt en reklamation til hovedsædet. De bad om jeg sendte øjencremer retur. Det gjorde jeg. Men der var 2 cremer forrinden, med nøjagtig det samme problem i toppen af emballagen. Den første troede jeg var en fejl. Så købte en ny, og toppen knækkede af igen. Henvendte mig til apotek, som ikke ville sende retur, eller tage ansvar for fejlen. De sagde til mig det nok var et dårligt batch, men ville ikke sende retur for mig. Købte en tredje, og ved gud om det ikke skete igen.
Fik nok, og henvendte mig til Vichy.
Jeg modtager så en pakke med 1 creme i, samt et par prøver på ting jeg ikke kan bruge, hvilket man ville have vidst, hvis man havde gidet spørge ind til hvad hud jeg har, og hvilke dufte jeg bruger osv osv osv.
Det undre mig, at man sender en pakke til mig med prøver, istedet for at sende det antal cremer som var årsagen til min henvendelse. Man nægter at tage ansvar overhovedet. Affejer mig med en enkelt creme. Og så siger man det er fordi jeg ik har gemt de 2 andre tuber!!!!!!! Som om man gad skrive ind til dem hvis det var en enkeltstående hændelse.
Det undre mig, at man sender prøver afsted, som jeg nu skal smide ud, istedet for bare at sende de 3 cremer jeg har spildt penge på (600kr), fordi deres emballage har et svagt punkt i toppen.
Jeg har 3 andre cremer stående på min hylde. Clarins blev købt før alle de 3 Vichy cremer, som har gået spildt halvvejs igennem pga knæk i toppen.
Tænk at et apoteket mærke er så RINGE KVALITET OG DÅRLIG KUNDESERVICE.
Jeg opmuntre til at folk tager kontakt til apotekernes hovedsæde, så de er klar over hvor ringe dette mærke og dets service er blevet.
Ik heb de men expert oog roller gebruik. Ik werd wakker ik zie dat onder mijn ogen rood en gebrande huid is en het prikt heel fel. Ik heb heel teleurgesteld.

I’ve used L’Oréal products for years — their shampoos, makeup, and skincare are easy to find and generally good quality for the price. However, lately I’ve noticed some inconsistency. A few of the newer products didn’t feel the same as before, especially the hair color — it left my hair drier than usual.
Customer service is okay but not great. When I reached out about an issue with a moisturizer, it took a while to get a reply, and the response felt pretty generic. I wish they paid more attention to loyal customers.
Overall, I still buy L’Oréal because some products really do work well, but the brand isn’t as reliable as it used to be. Decent, but room for improvement.
Ho comprato il prodotto "L'Oréal Ritocco Perfetto" appunto per ritoccare i capelli bianchi. Assolutamente da non ripetere, 5/6€ buttati. Avevo appena fatto lo shampoo.
Risultato: capelli incollati,non districabili. Ho rifatto lo shampoo e comunque il prodotto non è andato via del tutto, oltre ad avermi lasciato unghie e capelli sporchi. Come coprenza va bene, ma se uno deve avere i capelli incollati a ciocche..che senso ha ?!
I have newly brought the Super Stay Vinyl Ink" Lip Colour from Maybelline, which it amazing to use because it feels so smooth when am applying on. My money didn't went to waste I love this products!!
Purchased Volume Million Lashes Mascara and was initially very pleased so a few weeks later I purchased another as it was on special, that was a mistake as the first one started getting all messy on the outside and despite trying to clean it up it didn't help, so I started using the second one which again was great to start but this one did not get as messy but seemed to dry up, the first is now a little better than the second and both are only a few months old .... Honestly very dissapointed from such a well known expensive brand.
On recommendation of a friend l bought Elvive purple shampoo last summer, BIG MISTAKE!!! my scalp is covered with contact dermatitis, I've tried all the usual steroid creams and lotions prescribed by my Doctor but as my hair was so long and thick,the meds couldn't penetrate through, so, l had 20ins cut off last week in the hope that the meds will work. Devastated is an understatement. I have used Elvive in the past so l didn't think a skin test was warranted, l will do in the future.

Buenos días, escribo a L'Oreal desde hace una semana reclamando que me falta una colonia de mi pedido online adjuntado fotos de mi pedido, de la factura ( que pague 2 colonias y me llegó sólo 1), de la caja, de la etiqueta de envío, etc. Van a pasar los 14 días de reclamaciones y al final se van a quedar con mis 45€ y la colonia también, menudo timo. Las personas que atienden por correo electrónico le están dando tanta vuelta al asunto en lugar de encontrar una solución me parece de pena todo esto. Vamos L'Oreal GRANDES ESTAFADORES Y TIMADORES NO HACER PEDIDO ONLINE PORQUE SE LAVAN LAS MANOS SI TE FALTAN PRODUCTOS DE TÚ PEDIDO ONLINE.
My son got this for His face, L’Oréal men expert / hypoallergenic face wash . He’s face got burned !!!!! He’s whole face is full off wounds !!!!! 😢😢
This is a wonderful company because I had some extra money but chose to stick with this because of the quality and the expertise they exhibted.

PROXXL MASCARA. Sticky smudges easily then difficult to wash off, have used L oreal Double Extension for year was great never smudged easily removed no rubbing required, why they have changed it ?
