I won a decent amount of money from this site I previously varied my id and that was fine they let me deposit but when I won and try to withdraw my funds they holded my money and have ask for no end of documents ie identification payslips bank statements (2) different banks work receipts a letter from my accountant signed and dated witch I provided yet they still decide to hold my money refuse to pay out and now they don’t even reply to my emails I raised a dispute with the company and got no response

Site itself is fine but withdrawals taking forever to process. Currently been chasing my withdrawal for nearly 4h. I verified my account id and address. Consistently being tols it might take up to 72h to approve withdrawal which feels really poor for customer experience. They had disabled my account to wager money because I made withdrawal and they will lift restriction once withdrawal cleared which makes no sense. Withdrawal cannot be cancelled so makes no sense why they doing this. Live Chat Agent just fallowing script telling me it might take 72h logic. Even tho on deposit screen says after first deposit access faster withdrawal which is false advertising.

This site is a joke , they have taken my money on so many occasions over the past months without requiring any ID or documents, then when I win they require all sorts of, I do not own any form of photo ID , they will not accept copies of any documents (all my bills council tax rent etc is done on line) They are refusing to pay me out have seeked advise from CAB who have advised me to make a formal complaint to the gambling commission which I intend to do without fail!!

My son deposited 25 pound after playing many games,then a notice popped up asking for verication so instead of going through the verication process only because he had no photo id, he decided to withdraw his 25 pound back but could not get it back because he had not verified.

They are literally criminals. They have permanently excluded my account this morning, and then subsequently requested verification for said account. Talk about backwards! They allowed me to make three deposits totalling £150 yesterday. Later in the day, I requested a withdrawal of £150, and now they want verification to process it. They were happy to take my money, but now they want verification to give it back. The gambling commission clearly states it is illegal to use these verification processes to withhold people's funds, yet here we are. They are breaking the law shamelessly, just to steal a measley £150. They are, by definition, criminals. This is by design. It is intentional. They know what they're doing is criminal, but they know the law won't hold them accountable, so they go ahead and do it anyway. Do not give them your money!!! I cannot be any clearer. They are LITERALLY criminals!! They are saying that their request for documents is not related to my withdrawal, yet my account is permanently excluded and they are witholding my funds. Why would I upload documents to verify a permanently excluded account?? It makes no sense. They are doing it purely as a means to steal my money. Avoid at all costs just had a 4 day War with this online casino company to get a £5300 withdrawal after uploading several documents of verification they did not accept a bank statement showing the information after stating I needed the money for food they called the police to the property to see i wasn’t dead I stated I wanted the money and account closed which is basic they would not do it they then forced me to go to the bank for a paper statement after sending numerous statements. Had the account around 2 months without being asked to verify id. Won £1100 and withdrew, straight away they asked for id verification, which I have sent them everything they asked for. They have now closed my account after having all info they required with no reason why they have still not processed the withdrawl. Now been 2 weeks and not replying to emails. Very much a scam site happy to take your money but as soon as you win they will not pay out. Everything was going well I even had an withdrawal of 800£ after I deposited 500£ and I got it in less than 24h . After few days and about 400-500£ more deposits they decided to close my account without any reason given. The account was fully verified as I was able to withdraw in the past but I guess they didn't like me 😅 if they just block the account.

Please please stay away from this casino I have had to make a complaint and taken further action with ADR provider and complain to the gambling commission there gambling commission number is 48695 I would Encourage you all to do the same and complain too they have given me the run around for about 2 weeks they advised me to do all sorts from uploading statements and address pics of my bank card pics of me holding my ID WTF they also told me to buy citizen card/ pass card and sent me the links got all the emails it’s a joke so I bought one sent it off and I can’t believe that they have now tried to say I was in breach of there terms and conditions because of a sister site or breached a bouns or give some one my login details there was more reasons to what it could be for my account to be closed and my withdrawal taken away apparently but not a clue what one

I’ve deposited £300, withdraw £200 with no problem.then deposited £50 3 times won £350 and now they have asked for verification so sent bank statement and passport that have been excepted on other sites but they have refused them 5 times but took them a few days to tell me. On the site it says passed but waiting for a manual inspection tahr can take 72 hours. Now they have put the money back in credit and took it out of withdraw.
