Got the oversized waves hoodie, and it is super soft. The fit is nice and baggy, just how I wanted. Shipping was a bit slow, but it was worth the wait.

The company did not disclose anywhere that they are Chinese. They claim to be Australian but I did find a Lithuanian connection. They claim it is easy to return items. As the quality was inferior, it was 100% polyester (advertised as linen) and it was not a good fit so I wanted to return it. I was told I would need to mail it to China at cost of “$30-40”! Then they offered 25% refund and keep the item. Then they said they didn’t receive the photo I sent of the item. Then they said their PayPal was down! I figured they just wanted me to disappear. Finally I got the inadequate refund. Definitely an unreliable company.

Never ever but from this website. I’ve purchased a coat from Italian based online shop, a parcel arrived after a month! from China. After my emails to get a refund, they’ve providing me a wrong! address in Cina to send the item back and cover all the costs. It’s a fraud guys. My parcel would have never reached a non existing destination in Cina.

I received my order but the items were nothing like I thought I was buying! The tops were meant to be 100% cotton but were only 35% the rest was 75% polyester! The material was nothing like the picture & the colours weren’t either! I emailed alerting them to this & was told that I could get a 30% store credit & keep the items … they state that they give 100% refund on their website but after emailing more they said that I had to send back to China instead of Australia at my expense but warned me that there was a chance that the parcel could get lost in the mail! This is totally false advertising & is illegal … I did not get what I paid for nor a refund! This company advertised itself as Australian but is clearly all from China! Shame on you guys! Buyers beware!

I purchased a hoodie , from the website photos and description and price thought i was purchasing a pink palm puff hoodie , when it arrived it was obviously an immitation, very cheap quality. Sizing did not match description either. I was very disappointed. I am only able to return at a cost to me despite misleading description and sizing on there website. And from other reviews which i wish i had read before buying, even if you do return it unlikely to get a refund! Will just sit in a warehouse in China. They also emailed with a warning of potential issues with returns not arriving!
