Amazing to deal with. Fred and Tracey bent over backwards to help and really went the extra mile.
Would highly recommend. I work abroad so ended up having to do some purchases with their help via VC. Worked seamlessly. 10/10 for me.

I ordered a clock from Lots Furnishing recently They were so lovely to deal with.
I ordered the clock on a Saturday and had it the following Tuesday.
Would definitely look at ordering more from Lots Furnishings in the future.

I can only agree with all the great reviews below - the service is just excellent ! Purchased high quality mattress a couple of weeks ago - priced very reasonable too . Not only got plenty of attention and advise in the shop but friendly follow up and reminder how to look after the mattress a week or two later. Many thanks to Fred , Kevin and the delivery crew !

What a fabulous experience I have had with Lots Furnishings. Firstly, just walking through the door, I felt like I was walking into someone's beautiful home. So much to look at and feast your eyes on. Every room a display of beautiful furniture and collections. Everything you look at and see has a tag on with a price, including measurements, so you don't have to wonder what it may be or ask, it is all there for you to see. The service I got from the sales lady, Renata, was absolutely outstanding and she is definitely awarded my "Sales Person of the Decade". She was knowledgeable, listened to what i was looking for, took the time to show me what would be suitable and was an absolute star. Such a really great experience, right down to the delivery. I can totally recommend Lots Furnishings for all your furniture needs. Thank you Lots Furnishing.

Excellent customer care & highly recommend them
I received excellent customer care from Lots Furnishings & I would highly recommend them. The items turned up 2 days after ordering, personally delivered, unpacked, transferred upstairs & packaging taken away. When it turned out there was damage to the items continued to received excellent customer care, the units were picked up at a time to accommodate me 2 days later. While I did not keep the products in this instance I can not fault the care I received with my order & on that basis would be very happy to re-order from them & to recommend them.

Would definitely shop here again, ordered a framed art piece. It arrived quicker than expected a couple of days later, wrapped well with no issues. Its currently looks great on my kitchen wall. Great service!!
