They fit perfectly and are so comfortable

I have quite a few pairs of lotus shoes. They fit perfectly, excellent quality and their sales are brilliant! I think it is unfair that their score is so low on Trustpilot as I would totally recommend trying this brand as I cannot fault them.

Fab casual ankle boots

Bought some Lotus casual ankle boots in navy via Debenhams. They look great, appear good quality and are very comfortable, a must for me these days. I thought the price was reasonable too. I’m really pleased.

The worst customer service ever.

The shoes are good quality, but for such a premium price / quality shoe is deeply surprising how little they invest in their lottusse.com customer support. The online agents are never willing to answer, take 10-15 minute silences between sharing a non relevant piece of info. And they never actually help with anything.

You end up wasting time, energy and nerves, for.... no solution. To simple problems such as: please help correct a delivery address, or how do I get refunded for an order I never received? Or how do I return an order I received today? These are basic questions. But even after one hour on the Whatsup or their website support Chat, there is no answer, no resolution.

The most expensive shitty customer experience I have ever experienced.

Beware - Suede Aletta Clutch Bag not colour-fast

On 3 July I sent this complaint to Lotus - despite their acknowledgment saying they will "do their utmost to respond within 48 hours" it is now 9 July and I am yet to hear from them - disgraceful customer service.
"In March this year after much searching I purchased a pair of Green Suede Delfina Slingback Court Shoes and matching Aletta Clutch Bag to complement my Veni Infantino dress for my mother of the groom outfit. My Son's wedding was on Saturday (28 June). I carried the bag - deciding to use it as a clutch bag rather than over my shoulder. During the ceremony I went to wipe my eyes and noticed green dye all over my hands. Later that afternoon one of the children spilt a glass of water on the table and a splash went on my bag - the dye seemingly just ran out the bag leaving green dye all over my placemat.
I am bitterly disappointed and extremely angry - the situation with the bag is totally unacceptable and should not have happened. I do not expect to spend over £1,000 on an outfit for a very special day to have it marred by a bag that has not been dyed properly and is not colour-fast - can you imagine what would have happened if we'd had rain?! How am I expected to wear/use them with the knowledge I am likely to be covered in green dye?

Perhaps Lotus you could give me the courtesy of a response and let me know how you intend to rectify the situation.

Non existent customer service

Very disappointed with customer services at Lotus. After placing an order and receiving confirmation of said order I realised I’d ordered navy instead of black. I began ringing CS within 3 minutes of placing the order. I tried countless times without speaking to anyone so tried emailing to rectify the problem but nothing. I then received an email saying my order had been processed!! I paid p&p plus £3 will be deducted from the refund which is very annoying especially when on the website it states there is 24 hours to amend before processing.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Many attempts to reach out to the company via email and phone. Lack of communication and resolution with faulty shoes.

No Customer Service!

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I bought two pairs of Lotus shoes. I wrote to them three times via their webpage as there is no other way to send an email. The question was regarding the material used and the aftercare for the footbed of the product. It is over two months ago and still no reply, even though I received an automated email saying they would be in contact within 48hrs. Poor show Lotus Shoes!
