I’ve order from the business before and the products are beautiful.. There was a small issue with my last order which was in no way Louchie Baby’s fault but that of the courier however, I do understand that this time of year it can be difficult.
I contacted Natalie and she couldn’t have been more helpful. A new item was sent the next day with my tracking details. I couldn’t recommend Natalie & her team any more.. 5⭐️ service & 5⭐️products… Julie

Ordered baby lace trim Muslin - it’s beautiful ! Service was amazing as I thought I had ordered but I hadn’t checked out correctly so when I contacted them they arranged a super quick delivery for me so I had my gift in time. I couldn’t of asked for more x

I just recently ordered from here and the delivery was so quick! 2-3 days from time of order! The packaging was beautiful which was so handy has this was a baby shower present so I am able to gift this as it came. The quality is also perfect! My sister in law loves her new nappy caddy🫶🏼

My best friends bought me a Louchie Baby gift set when my little girl arrived. It was honestly the best gift I could have imagined. Beautifully wrapped, with gorgeous gifts for both baby and me. I particularly loved the bamboo teething ring. I’m definitely going to purchase one of these sets next time someone I know has a baby, just beautiful.

Communication has been excellent.
Arrived just two days after I placed the order! Well packaged, didn’t arrive all screwed up like some do, I put my baby in it straight from the delivery.

The clothes are really good quality, have a lovely soft feel with loads of stretch. We’ll definitely get a lot of wear out of it.

Colour is exactly as depicted on screen.

Cuffed ankles and wrists are a bonus! So even though it’s a big size for my baby he’s already in it.

Will definitely be going back for another set.
