Louis Motorrad Avis 

I bought a starter relay from Louis website - received a totally different starter relay from Louis so contacted them to be told relay I required was not available and to return wrong item. I returned item which took 3 weeks and a lot of emails. I finally got refunded for the wrong item sent but not for delivery charge (which was nearly as dear as part). I questioned not being refunded delivery charge as I was sent the wrong item and had done nothing wrong only to be informed that the item was not sent back within the 14 day official return window.
I have never had this experience before - a company send you the wrong item, admit it was the wrong item and after you return it as per their instructions it ends up costing you. I ended up paying delivery for a wrong item, repackaging it and bringing it to Post Office which took 3 weeks to return - never again would I deal with this company and would advise other people to stay away from them.

How long does it take Louis to get back to costumers. My friend is wanting over a month because he got a faulty headset of Louis and there are yet to even answer him back only to say there busy because it's the season 😕
I wouldn't recommend Louis to anyone now. I used them because I thought they were a legitimate company. But leaving someone for over a month with no answer and no headset when it's the season for bikes. STAY AWAY FROM LOUIS. SHOP LOCAL

Wrong size sent.
Asked for exchange. Not possible. You need to get refund and then buy again. Its not ok if you use non euro card. It causes money lose on currency exchange.
Wont be buying there anymore.
Bought it somewhere else after all.

The GIVI top box was shipped from Hamburg to me in Dublin Ireland for a very reasonable price. This would lead me into making purchases from Louis Motorrad in future.

I have raised complaint multiple times that I lost my items I have spend 373 euro and i received only back pad support that cost may be around 30 euro i called them and email them but no answer yet.

Worst company ever do not use !! Ordered oil paid for DHL shipping who sib contracted a different postal service lying about the content and then I never got my item after 4 weeks of ringing ( customer service cutting you off if you try say something negative about there services) to find out it was damaged 2 weeks after my first call ...Will never use them again and im in to motor trade 15+ years ..again do not buy

Excellent Service with prompt Delivery as usual from Louis.ie

I placed an order which didn't ship and payment was refunded. When I followed up I was advised to reorder which I did and payment was successful.
About three days later my card was charged for the first order and when I tried to cancel I was advised it was not possible even though it had not been picked of shipped.
Over all the communication/service was very poor and would advise customers to be careful ordering a second time even if the money has been refunded.

I didn't receive my order or get notified about package being delivered...have to email them to find these out!!!

Louis Motorrad costumer service is not helpful at all and l have to say one of the worst experiences that l had regard communication and help from the seller!

I was lucky l made payment through PayPal otherwise getting money back would be questionable from them as Louis Motorrad didn't have any intention to resolve these missing package and try to put me through fillings some forms about package number my address...THAT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE AS YOU HAVE MY DETAILS ALREADY AND JUST TRYING TO MAKE THINGS HARDER FOR BUYERS TO GET THERE MONEY BACK!!!!!!

I bought new visor from this website for about 45 euro, came not new, damaged and scratched. So what they did, they sended me email to return it back from Ireland to Hamburg (25 euro, cca) and i should order another one, which i dont trust from my last experience will be new.
I will never shop here again and will share my bad experience in my community.
Dont waste your money here.
