This is the second time I have wasted money on this shit the first RECC Field mania event didn’t even finish so I didn’t get to see the main events I paid for and now with the RECC 31 event they have made me pay £10 just to see half the event and not see the adult card.

Excuse the language but SHITE! Tried to watch Jamiroquai tonight. Paid for the view, basically stalling constantly. Checked internet, fine! Literally the stream was terrible.

Lounges.tv is a fantastic place for video, music and any other artist to showcase their works and talent. Lounges.tv has first rate customer support and I would like to personally thank Shirley Silva for her help, time and kindness in setting me up on my channel. Free to use and you can monetise your work too. Highly recommended.

Terrible service. Feed of a live event kept dropping out every 5 seconds. Hid behind excuses not to provide a refund. Think twice about using.

Do not use this service! They cut off my service stating I canceled my service when I sent an email asking why do I not have service. They sent an email stating they would refund my account. Almost one month later no service and no refund. The sales person sent multiple emails on my behalf and they cut of his service too. These people are thieves.

Stream quality was horrendous!!! Couldn't watch any of the fights... will never use it again.. a joke of a company

Lounges.tv an excellent platform for creators and video companies alike to use. I've had excellent customer service from pre-production on the night comms and post-production feedback etc after live streams Vince from the team has been excellent and we have built a great relationship to help eachother grow. The team will work well with you and communication is second to none highly reccomend the platform thank you Lounges.TV

The team are amazing. Always happy to help in anyway that they can. The platform is very user friendly and looks great. And the split is 80/20 in favour of the artists which is how it should be! They also have social media assets that you can use. And they pay out almost immediately which is excellent as well! 150% recommended.

Paid several times for different events because each time Buzz says you’ve fixed the glitches and technical difficulties, he said before you’re in his discord to help us when we have problems yet when someone tags you, we never get a reply, he says you’re limited to only putting out 5K tickets as the servers can’t handle any more than this, which is incorrect the streams can’t handle more than 1k as it shuts down kicks us all off and buffers, He also states that he has a contract with you and he HAS to go live otherwise he will loose this? Is this true can you confirm? Thank you.

The signal goes all the time and he says it’s lounges and that you people are working on it ?? He says he’s in contact with you and your in is discord ? Can you clarify this ?? I tried to contact the owner she either doesn’t reply or who is using her name is very rude if they do reply also he doesn’t do the full stream time example 5am as advertised BUT says you cut it off after a certain length ????
We pay the ticket cost plus fees and we don’t get the full service from Buzztex I will look forward to you clarifying a few of my questions many thanks

Awful app, can't watch stream after paying £17.30 refused a refund as creator buzztex (scammer) has refused it. Won't be using again.

Customer service is rude. Buzztex blames the stream problems on lounges. So who is to blame.

Stream quality is terrible, touch and go wether you can get into the live as our sell tickets and server can't take it.

Watch buzztex and he never completes streams and says the problems are because of lounges. Refuse refunds avoid

I used lounges to watch buzztex, stream quality was terrible, that's if I could even get in the stream to watch it.

Missed most of it as unable to get in, lounges say no refunds as buzztex declined.

Awful app and awful creator

Watching buzztex on several paid events he has done on lounges, its obvious he's abusing lounges platform for financial gain. His event always every time, messes up. Blames the signal and even blames lounges saying its rubbish. He ends the stream early leaving just a blank screen (signal always OK for the blank screen). He sets his followers up to pay for events then leaves the stream after 30 mins and blames lounges. Then he refuses a refund. Loungestv he is using you. He's got another event planned. And yet again it will fail and he will blame the platform or the signal. Its neither. The signal never fails when he goes straight over to tiktok after to get them all gifting and subbing to carry on watching the event. Open your eyes lounges. Buzztex is a known scammer and he will bring your name into it every time.

Lounges TV is a new app that doesn't look after the paying customers it's providing for named one as Buzztex who never gives Quality Streaming Experience and Cuts off short the times that he should stream he leaves the Stream Running without content Blank just to fill his time Slot there is also a issue with subs who paid and didn't get in the Stream and Lounges didn't uphold the claims for Refunds as Buzztex Wouldn't allow it also Complaining to Lounge's is pointless they don't listen to the Customer Complaints they just send a Generic Response if No REFUNDS Disgusting Customer Service Buzztex is one of the Abusers of Lounge TV they should look into his Fake Content

Buzztex aka Ryan aka Larry does the best events on lounges they make me feel amazing and he’s helped me through a lot and I’m so greatful to be apart of the Buzztex army, honestly the best community ever, lounges has the best experience and they are always a call away if anything happens knowing that I’m in a great place with a great company like lounges makes me feel at ease that nothing will mess the event up 🩷 big up lounges your an amazing app and honestly the best quality 🩷
