The support team are incredibly helpful and it's great to know that I can pick up the phone if I run into problems. It's not the cheapest Business Management system out there, but it is really well suited to my business and has far more functionality than other systems.

The Love Admin system is a fantastic addition to our club and the recent upgrade to V2 has helped our club run more efficiently. The join in app for members has also seen huge benefits for us and our members and allows all our information, classes/registers, timetables, invoicing and payments to be in one place, making workload far easier to manage. It’s wonderful to have a real person to troubleshoot any issues with and even if they’re not resolved immediately they are addressed in a timely manner.
We have struggled with ongoing issues; emails sent from LA not going to a members inbox and therefore not being received/responded to and this is why the rating is not 5 stars. That said, our experience is that LA is always customer focused and has a high priority for a good customer experience. They work with you and offer training in areas that may require more knowledge to best benefit from the admin system.

We had a very disappointing experience with LoveAdmin.
We were initially approached by their sales team and reassured that the platform was highly automated, flexible, and more advanced than our current system. Based on these assurances, we decided to proceed.
However, during onboarding, it became clear that the system has significant limitations that were not clearly explained upfront. Key features we rely on — such as flexible trial setups, enquiry handling, and especially discount logic — are not as advanced as presented.
For example, the system cannot automatically apply discounts to the lower-priced class when a customer books multiple classes or sibling sessions. Instead, discounts are applied in a fixed way, which can directly impact your revenue and result in financial loss over time.
Overall, the platform is far less automated than advertised and requires more manual work than expected. Many processes we were told would be streamlined simply are not.
What was most frustrating is the lack of transparency. These limitations only became clear during onboarding, and there was no clear roadmap or timeline for when (or if) these issues would be resolved.
Despite deciding not to proceed due to these gaps, and the system not meeting the expectations set during the sales process, a refund was refused.
Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend LoveAdmin to businesses looking for a truly automated and flexible booking system.

At Evolve Gymnastics Academy, managing member payments used to be one of our biggest challenges. The process was completely manual, checking bank statements, matching payments to members, and chasing outstanding fees ourselves. It took hours every month and distracted us from focusing on coaching and developing our club.
Since switching to LoveAdmin, everything has become far more efficient. We now have clear visibility of outstanding payments, the register highlights overdue accounts, and we can send bulk or automated reminder emails in just a few clicks. It’s saved us a huge amount of admin time and reduced the stress around fee collection.
The system has also made it easy to set up events, competitions, camps and fundraising initiatives with online booking and payment, creating additional income that we can reinvest back into the club.
The best thing about the switch is how friendly and helpful the team are when we have queries or issues. They made the switchover easy and it's great having the 1-2-1 support when we need them. Overall, LoveAdmin has helped us operate in a much more professional, streamlined and sustainable way. Highly recommend.

From communicating with parents, taking payments, managing class registers and producing reports, everything is now streamlined and more efficient. Love Admin has reduced admin time and made processes much smoother and fully aligned with the modern systems and technology that people expect today.

We moved to LoveAdmin V2 over a year ago, and Leo has been our account manager since day one. We couldn’t have been luckier having him set us up and look after us all this time.
He has been incredibly patient with all our questions, listened carefully, and made changes to suit our business — overall, he made the whole process of changing systems a very smooth transition for us.
The support team has also always been available for urgent queries, which we really appreciate. Thanks to LoveAdmin, we’ve reduced our admin time and digitalized our procedures as much as possible. Everything is now much clearer and straightforward.

I have been with Love admin for many years now, and have been through the all of the changes and developments through each version.
The staff are very friendly and supportive for what ever you need and the software itself is supper adaptable to each individual need.
The version changes and updates can throw a few challenges, but I recognise this is because the system is being improved an updated all the time. Backtrack before any system to manage my club was there, I don't regret one bit of using loveadmin to get me through my clubs expansion and developments.
To date, we have over 700 members per week and I am able to manage this with one person in the office for 20hr per week.

Awful experience. I wish I'd checked their Trustpilot reviews before I signed up.
I signed up back in Aug with launch of our club planned for end of Sept. Paid the Onboarding fee of around £300. I hit disaster internally when the full time employee who was going to oversee the last few weeks of set up decided to disappear. This meant I couldn't focus on LoveAdmin but had to get ready for launch instead and we had to delay our week long launch clubs and just do a party end of Sept.
Love Admin still charged me their monthly fee on top of the £300+ even though I hadn't used their system yet. When I raised this in Oct, I was told I'd be refunded for what was now two months (Sept and Oct).
We planned our launch week for end of Oct, did the training, got our products on the system and then PayPal wouldn't work. Because we couldn't use LoveAdmin, it became a last minute nightmare and I had to manually handle payments. I couldn't print flyers without a payment system connected on our website.
I got chased by my account person at LoveAdmin middle of our launch week to now use their software when it was just too late.
We reached Nov and I still was charged the monthly fee despite not having used their system and then I was told they weren't even going to refund Sept and Oct monthly fees.
Previously I was with Class4kids for 7+ years. I should have gone back to them. They treat people like humans. During covid they paused EVERYONE'S monthly fees, even if you continued to use their system. Loveadmin would have used that time to profiteer by the looks of it!
I've just lost close to £500 with them with absolutely no use of their systems. Not a single client used it!
