When my item was damaged, I reached out to ask about what to do regarding the issue. They were extremely quick to get back with me, and fixed the issue within two days. The customer service was amazing, and they were so helpful and made the issue right immediately. Cannot recommend the products enough either- they’re beautiful and really well made! 10/10

My girlfriend loves the thick and thin ring that I got for her. Took nearly 2 weeks to arrive (UK), so make sure you plan ahead for any occasion you may be buying for, but definitely worth the wait.

The shipping address got screwed up and before I was made aware their expansive "refund policy" eliminated the ability for the company to refund or to reship the product. So unfortunate to not be able to support this company and products. Be careful when ordering.

My order was unfortunately misdelivered, but Love&Crafted came in the clutch and shipped me out a replacement just in time for my anniversary. My fiancé loves it

When I placed an order I had a problem checking out, the software would not accept my zipcode so I sent an e-mail to customer support asking for assistance. My email was answered by Valerie who guided me and advised me and worked behind the scenes to facilitate my purchase. Valerie was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble and she was very professional and her customer service skills were exemplary and I really appreciate her help and I would definitely purchase from Love & Crafted in the future.
