Purchased a pet necklace and keyring. The price seems expensive for non precious metal… until you see the quality and accuracy of the product (despite my photos not being ideal). Highly recommended!

It’s perfect and exactly what I was hoping for.

I ordered the diamond tennis bracelet and the swirl pendant necklace both with projection photos.i ordered these on the 27th of April and my order arrived on Friday the 8th of May. This was for a good friends 30th and they made her cry! How clear the photos were and such a lovely finish. As stated on your website allow 2-5 days for making and another 2-5 days to deliver, true to their policy this was well within. Thank you these are very special and truly outstanding.

I was worried about how long it took but it was over the bank holiday and I didn't take that into account. When I contacted them, they replied quickly to reassure me.

The delivery didn't take as long as I expected and I am very pleased with the jewellery quality, also the picture is very clear to see. I would certainly recommend if anyone is thinking of buying it.

Took 3 long months to get my 3 personalised bracelets I wanted for a gift for family members who had lost their parents. Of the 3 bracelets 1 was bad quality so returned it to be replaced and they tried so hard to stop that happening. Then tried to blame the photo I had chosen even though it was good in the other 2 bracelets.
The customer service is a joke and fob you off and give more problems then solve them.

I agree with every other 1 star rating as thier experience is so similar to my own.

I also had to ask for the 'free gift'

It is appalling that they treat customers like this. Especially those dealing with grief and loss of loved ones.

The necklace is beautiful and the idea amazing but it’s really really hard to see the picture, I was initially going to return as I thought the picture had been forgotten, but I did eventually find it.
My daughter loves the necklace and has been wearing it daily

I bought this as a gift for my work colleague’s birthday with a precious photo inside. She was over the moon with it I also got the bear gift box to put it in and that was lovely as well. Came quite fast and packaged well and came with a gift bag too. Overall very pleased with it and would definitely order again

This is the 2nd piece of unique jewellery I have purchased from here. I bought 2 bracelets with the photo centrepiece and both recipients loved them. The order process is very easy and the quality is good value. They both came in a lovely gift box and delivery was fairly decent, just over 2 weeks.
