Customer care and pharmacy issues

Everything has been great up until recently when I've reached out to customer support for some help and they kind of give the runaround never direct answer or solution to my problems but other than that they're pretty quick and direct at getting your medication out to you on time and in a timely manner this is the first and only time I've ever had an issue receiving my product. Seems to be at the pharmacy for an extended period of time and I've reached out to the company to find out what the delay is or if there's anything I need to do and I'm not getting any answers from them. *UPDATE* 3/11/2026 They have contacted me to assure me everything is in order and I feel a lot better about he situation. My rx was sent to pharmacy on feb. 28th and I still haven't gotten a shipping confirmation from the pharmacy and it's just taken longer than usual. This amount of time has made me uncomfortable but once I get shipping details I'll feel more comfortable. I'll update then.

The positives- medication arrives…

The positives- medication arrives quickly. Customer service is fast. The price is doable and cheaper than most places except this company is not approved by the FDA.

Negatives- was charged twice, got a refund but they shorted me 15 dollars on the refund. The website is dumb to navigate. The doctor sends the exact pre written, same message on every new order or titrateded dose. There is no personal experience at all unless you go to chat and even then it's half assed. The first pharmacy in Florida compounded with b12 which I liked but then my orders came from Texas and they were not. .... over all I gave 3 stars because I got the medication for a good price, just dont expect a lot of one on one.

Tirzepatide compound sold to me says…

Tirzepatide compound sold to me says 10mg. It felt like "nothing"
No medicine in vial, just a red tinted liquid which they claim is b12.
Won't let me return it.
Ive been on Tirzepatide since Nov 25.
With another provider and results have been amazing.

I paid almost $360 for level 4 and its .missing the main ingredient.

Thank you for your feedback. The tirzepatide you received is 10 mg with B12 — the red tint comes from the B12, and the active ingredient is included at the prescribed strength.

As per our policy, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for processed orders. We can, however, review your dosing plan with the provider to ensure it’s optimized for your goals and have reached out to you via email.

Good Product, Meh Customer Service

Their compounded Tirzepatide did indeed work for me, and I lost the weight that I wanted to. However, I found their renewal plans confusing, and more than once got roped into contracting for more months than I initially wanted, or paying more than I wanted.

Your company sent me products that I did not approve and just because you had a a tracker on the order and it was not my home.

I had made a re-order for 3 months but…

I had made a re-order for 3 months but immediately messaged customer service to cancel the order so I could get pricing on 6 months and get my re order discount of $55. For 4 days I messaged customer service back and forth without my order being fixed. Even though y’all were still trying to confirm my order being correct on the 4th business day I finally got fed up with trying to get my order corrected and wanted to cancel my order. I was told then my order was already being shipped out. So after 4 days of talking to customer service and getting no where I was charged full price for a wrong order and provided no re order discount. Once I received the order I was told I could not send the order back. Never once was I offered a chance correct the order to 6 months which I wanted in the first place. I suggested this several times for several days and nothing happened. So the way I see it. I was charged full price with no re order discount. Customer service didn’t attempt to resolve the problem and only made it worse by there failure to resolve this simple situation. Seems like the servicing company is some shade tree fly by night company that makes up excuses and policy rather than resolve simple problems.
