Wish I had checked reviews before ordering. I too did not realise items would be shipped from (and also returned to) China. Eventually items arrived. Socks and leggings would probably fitted a 6 year old child and certainly not an adult as advertised. No point in returning so charity shop got the items. Avoid.

Ordered chair covers before reading reviews. I was expecting a very long wait but only took about 3 weeks, and that over the Christmas/new year holiday period. Covers look and feel a decent quality. Fit as measured. Don't know how they'll wear or wash but if ok I'll be ordering a second set in a different colour to ring the changes. Very happy with my purchase.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered and it was not to requirements, but I was unable to return and get a refund unless I posted to China or excepted a 15% refund. Absolute rip off!

Please don’t buy from this website, i really should have checked the reviews before buying. If your item doesn’t fit or you have a problem they will ask you to send it back to China with out giving you a return label.

Disgraceful. They are a Chinese company with no U.K. address. Fraudulent website that states ‘easy returns’ but then demand you return to China!! Laughable ‘customer service’. Avoid avoid avoid.

My daughter sent me a link to order her some sofa covers for her for Xmas I clicked the link and ordered them only after did I realise they came from china ! I emailed them very quickly to say I would be going away in 2 weeks and needed them urgently.
They replied very quickly saying they would do everything they could to get them here within the 2 weeks, I was not hopeful as it being Xmas time, but 9 days later they arrived delivered by Royal Mail and my daughter is over the moon with them ! Don’t get me wrong they are not of a very high standard but what do you expect for the prices ! She wanted them to protect her sofas from the kids and this is exactly what they do and look really good too !
My only concern to order again is that you cannot return them if you needed
After reading some of the reviews I thought i had made a huge mistake but they answered all my emails quickly and the tracking was spot on so all in all I was very pleased with the service and the goods

I clearly should have checked reviews before purchasing from this company. Purchased a throw blanket on 2nd December and it’s still circling China after 2 weeks. No response from the customer service team. Website very misleading and customers clearly not made aware they are buying something from China. Very disappointing! Do not purchase from this company!

I ordered from this company and after a week my order hadn't arrived. The parcel had not left China and I asked to cancel it. They said they couldn't stop it and to return the item when I received it. As it would need to be returned to China by some form of tracking - I wasn't happy about the associated costs and informed them I would refuse delivery. This company should have stopped the delivery. Evri delivered the parcel 3 weeks after ordering - I refused it. The following day we went out and Evri redelivered. I have asked Lovestyle to organise collection but they have refused. If you want an order within a few days do not order from this company

I wish I had read reviews on here before buying. Website misleading - items shipped from China. Tracking site useless - my order apparently left in a plane from China on 19th Dec - it's 23rd now. Long flight! Just contacted company for update. If I get my item (£52) and it's fit for purpose, I'll be surprised. UPDATE: So it's arrived. Colour ok, size right. Thin material, not what I expected. Worth about £30.

Appalling company - totally Mis led with advertising their goods - not fit for purpose - bought chair seat covers which are no where near their measurements they give so very large and very poor quality - tried many times to obtain refund , they offered me £6 to keep them ! I paid nearly £50 !!! I tried to return them and address they give to return is to China , which I was not aware I had ordered them from there! They want £22.50 postage of which is not refundable - they will NOT send return label so I am expected to be out of pocket to return- faulty inaccurate items . All you keep getting is auto generated response - avoid this company at all costs

Website very misleading

Website promises next day dispatch and easy returns. I have learned a valuable lesson as have been totally mislead. Colour is blue rather than grey - they said this doesn’t impact usage. Need to return to China to get refund. Reviews on website are fake. All in all an expensive mistake. I am reporting to UK trading standards to try and help others

Absolutely disgusting the way they are treating customers, their website says they will refund as long as you return within 14 days. They take 24 hrs to respond hence prolonging the time. They offered me 15% refund and keep the awful velvet stretchable sofa covers. The other alternative was to send them back to China which would cost £80, i can’t afford that and how can I guarantee a money back. Do not touch this company with a barge pole. I was convinced this was an English company as they advertise in £

Never got my parcel delivered. They claim there was a delivery problem, yet gave no details and we had no attempted deliveries (we both WFH). When I queried this, I got an awfully written email asking me to repay for delivery. It's a scam. I'm contacting the bank to reverse the payment.

The website is very misleading think youre buying from England when its actually china! I emailed prior to ask if covers were dark navy -told Yes they are dark navy-arrived wrong colour! half order missing! and very very poor quality with cheap white zips and dont fit the sofas correctly or stay on my leather sofas (they said they def would!!!)
I have been advised to return to china at my own costs -going to see if I can make a claim against the company!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They don't make it plain that items will be shipped from China. That was the only problem in my case. I ordered throws on 30th October and they arrived 16th November. Not too bad having said that. I messaged them and did get prompt and positive responses. The throws themselves are exactly what I expected, smart, clean and well made. Overall an okay experience in the end and I may well order from them again.

Like a lot of customers l read these reviews after ordering 3 cushion covers and a chaise cover. I waited, worried about having wasted £60! On arrival (after only 3 weeks) I was pleased with the fit, and colour. Mainly to protect the sofa from my 2 dogs these covers will be easy to take off, wash and put back on, as light and stretchy. They fit really well with the elastication and ties underneath. Very pleased 🙂

Absolutely horrendous service, received a faulty product and expecting me to send it back to China at my own expense.

I have raised a PayPal dispute as I refuse to send a faulty item back at my own expense all the way back to China, I wouldn’t be happy even sending back to the UK.

Company needs to get their priorities and customer service checked out, I will NEVER buy from them again.

Along with many others I received an ill fitting poor quality product. For a refund , I have to return to China at my own expense of £25 fora £50 item. This is a company with no concept of customer care and they capitalise on obscure assurances of "easy returns". AVOID. I shall be reporting them to Trading Standards as they have a UK address. The one from which we thought we were ordering.
