Delete negative comments of advertised event
After multiple negative comments was places on Lovetovisit.com facebook page about bad experiences in Screamtime event they advertising, lovetovisit same as Screamtime deleted all comments. Why would? People need to know what is happening there and to share experience that it was absolutely crap!

No customer service replies
Made an error when I booked a few weeks before my trip. Emailed but no reply. Phoned multiple times and finally managed to get through only once. Person told me they would request cancellation and call back - they didnt. Eventually got an email but was a fresh response and it was too late. It said to just try and use anyway which wouldnt have been helpful and too nuch of a risk. Ended up losing £118 that i really couldn't afford to lose. There is no help or customer service available from this company so be careful i inky ever wanted to cancel and rebook or change date

I accidentally booked tickets to lightwater valley for the wrong day, when I realised, I phoned love to visit customer service, and the guy on the phone was super helpful, and amended my dates right away and sent an e-mail confirmation as well.

Peterborough circus cancelled due to weather
Booked circus tickets event was cancelled due to the weather we only had an email of the cancellation but we’d already left home. The weather had been bad all night and the morning but they waited till almost one hour before to cancel and notify customers. We were offered to attend the later evening time but it meant hanging around with 2 little ones for over 3 hours.
So I emailed to say we couldn’t take them up on the offer of the later show was told I’d get a response back within 48 hours 7 days later I’m still waiting for a refund and when you try calling it goes to leave a message. So steer clear of this website.

Money charged to credit card but no tickets and no replies to emails!
I was contacted after a few days and the credit card charge was reversed. I sent a follow up to ask about the gift card. This was resolved in 28 October. I understand that this was picked up due to my review. Happy with the outcome
I booked tickets and used a gift card for part payment. The website said they couldn't complete the transaction and when I checked my credit card they had taken the money. The gift card is also now saying that its invalid so assume it has taken that as well. So far 2 emails and 1 call and still no reply or any idea when my tickets will be sent/ or refunds will be issued. Don't use this company - as this seems to be a common experience as from what I can see they don't reply to these negative reviews either.

AVOID - Booked tickets for this weekend with them online. Purchased 8 tickets for my son’s birthday. The money was taken followed by an error system error, its us not you - email us’. I have called 20 times in 2 days. No one has responded to my voicemail or email. Not even worth 1 star.

Saved Money AND Great Customer Service
I initially booked tickets through Love2Visit for Aerospace Bristol, at my own risk I had booked them the night before and paid for them but never received my tickets and was due to be in Bristol the following day. I immediately panicked and sent emails through to their customer service team as well as contacting them on Facebook (can you tell panic set in) and rang their customer service line to no answer. Just as I set off to Bristol, I received an email from Richard, the product director with a prompt explanation of what had happened and my tickets attached. It can't have been more than an hour after I had called before I received that email, they had me sorted before I even arrived in Bristol, thank you so much for the great service!

I am shocked at how much compassion and empathy Oliver in the customer experience team showed me when I initially made a complaint about one of the attractions we had booked through them. His replies were always speedy and after a really testing few months his kindness to me will never be forgotten.

Great price hassle -free
I used this site to book discounted zoo tickets for myself and my children during the six weeks holidays, and it was such a big help with the cost of spending. At first, I was a little unsure if the site was legit, but the process was quick, simple, and completely hassle-free.
