Great host for the past 3 years we have been using them for our server. Staff very friendly.

Easy to setup and support is super quick if you need help. This is my second server on Low.MS. As the host it is easy to maintain so I can play and it is always up, so my players can play. Highly recommend Low.MS!

Starting up a server, the logs had it hanging on world creation. Attempted fixes from the customer facing portal but nothing worked. Involve CS around 0000 GMT so there was a little delay of about 2 hours for a response. When I was in communication with them though they wound up rebuilding and moving my server, which fixed all of the problems. The service itself is reliable, so I'd use them again.

I bought from here but I deleted the service after two days of purchase
Because of DDoS attacks but their service was strong and fast and without problems
But they offered me another service with protection from DDoS attacks but I was in a hurry and got my money back and it was delayed for some time but everything is fine Next time I will buy from here but I hope the same mistake does not happen with DDoS attacks I advise everyone to buy from here despite my hatred for them but they deserve it because they are great I highly recommend

There are two sides to this coin. The first is the good. The servers are functional that I open and affordable. I usually run minecraft, once palworld, but usually minecraft. In the past they were responsive and able to install the server I wanted. I barely had issues, which were due to me.

I tried everything on my own desktop and then tried it on the host I purchased. It works fine on my computer but as soon as it is uploaded, it does not work and the service says its working but there is no proof of function. The console is blank or sometimes says that there are no logs. This happens even as the server is being ran or is online according to the service.

25 hrs later I got a reply, and they said it was fixed and my mods were installed but they were not and it was not fixed. The same issue I made a ticket about was repeated.

Update again: the staff were understaffed today with a lot of tickets to work on. Do not give them a tuogh time and be patient. It will take a bit but it will function.

I have often contacted the support team with problems and, unexpectedly, have always received the best support you can get. The people who work there are incredibly professional and competent. Anyone who says otherwise must have lost control of their life.

After a disastrous experience with 4netplayers, i choose to migrate my enshrouded server to Low.ms.
The competition is raging but Low.ms emerge as a top contender thanks to their simple but powerful interface (you have sufficient access to the server file to manage it efficiently).
Setup is easy, server is fast and stable, prices are fair for the level of service Low.ms provide (and they keep their promise: they're is no lag).

I opened a ticket for help migrating my server from a different host to their service. The game is Palworld and it isn't a simple process, they did it for me and didn't even complain haha! Very helpful and responsive. The person's name that helped me was Ryan.

Fastest response to tickets i've ever seen from a hosting company.

V Rising server was perfect compared to GPortal!

I was having many problems with the new update and GPortal was slow to react to the new changes, I asked around on reddit and some the V Rising server admin channel and LOW.MS explained what was happening and how to fix it. I think it took about 24 hours after that for GPortal to fix my issue.

tl;dr - LOW.MS Support was much faster and more accurate

These guys are great so quick to respond to questions servers run awesome will most definitely be using there services more in the future

Very good on prices compared to all other hosting providers for Rust servers and the support is amazing, very helpful and usually quite quick to reply.

Rust server at stock with a few mods and absolutely no lag at all, no crashes unlike some other providers i have been with.

You have nothing to loose as they provide around a 24 hour refund policy.
