Great Experience!!

Working with Nico was so easy and smooth. He was sooooo patient and informative the whole way. Answering any questions I had and making any changes I asked for. He made the whole process painless and worthwhile. I would highly recommend Lower (and Nico) and will for sure use them again if needed.

Unsolicited cold calls even though I am on the Federal Do Not call registry. Would never do business with a company that doesn't understand that doing this is a violation of law and my privacy.

God is Good!!!

Watch out for Nico and new disclosures

A week into the process, we receive an email that we need to sign new disclosures. No conversation or email what this is about. We log in to review the new disclosures, and in the small print, we see that Nico has included that our FICO score dropped and they need .75% point because of it. Which is ridiculous because our scores have actually gone up. After reviewing the form, he took $5,000 out of our escrow account and put it in the origination column. Then I questioned him about it and he said he didn't know anything about it. He is a liar. I told him to close the file and want the appraisal we had to pay for.

Based on your initial credit profile based on a soft pull with TransUnion, we generated intial pricing and sent you out disclosures. However, based on a tri-merge credit report, your Equifax score was 20 points lower than you TransUnion Score. Thereby effecting the pricing for your loan what was available in the market. To keep your rate and payment the same, points needed to be applied.
As far as your Prepaids and intial escrow accounts, those were updated by our operations team to reflect more accurately based on tax amounts and due dates.

Couldn’t do it without them!

Mason and Sam were absolutely incredible and diligent in there efforts to push my refinance all the way to the finish line despite my current mortgage company gumming up the works as much as possible. These guys really made it happen! Couldn’t recommend them more!

Felt at ease with Lower

The consistent and regular communication with Lower throughout the loan process made me feel at ease. I NEVER wondered "What's going on?" Anna is very compassionate, always willing to answer questions, and if necessary, get to the bottom of something.
I'll refinance again if/when rates dictate...partially because Lower makes it so easy and comfortable to do.

Absolutely the BEST experience!!

I am an older woman raising a young child, I was making a cross-country move in the beginning of December. The cards were not exactly in my favor, but with Jack Tomlinson at the helm, the procession was SO smooth. He was available at all times, even with the holidays going on. It was my first home purchase and he just kept giving me the right answers and help. Massive kudos going to Jack and his team at Lower.com.

Conner Murrel should be made president of your company. He went beyond the call of duty in responding to my needs and wishes. I am a klutz as far as far as online technology is concerned. Conner bent over backwards to help me. Connor’s patients with me was extraordinary.

Most compassionate team…

My husband and I were in a scary position of leaving our home of over 15 years. Blair, Tom, Adam and team ALL made us feel like they cared about US! We couldn’t have asked for more compassionate and reliable ppl. I wish we could work with them all the time for other matters in life. Things would run smooth as butter with this team at the front! first off

first off, a young inexperienced loan officer named Mason, misquoted me by several hundred dollars on the appraisal, saying our loan was solid, so I agreed to order appraisal..and then saw it was $700...not $500, and after all that, we get denied. He promised the moon but cant deliver squat. Underwriters also are not very knowledgeable there in Ohio...kept asking for forms that were right in front of them...DO NOT RECOMMEND...at least, don't use this guy
