Great Customer Service
I 5 star Low Fare Travel customer service as they always respond prompt on any mode email or phone. I had to cancel my reservation just before my departure and they handled it gracefully. This place is a must for my next reservation.

The team at Low Fare Travel did a great job in finding the right price for our business class travel. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star was the lack of communication from Air China during the Coronovirus outbreak. Still Low Fare Travel got us home. Thanks Sahil.
