Usługa spełniła, a nawet przewyższyła nasze oczekiwania. Kierowcy byli punktualni zarówno przy odbiorze z lotniska, jak i podczas bardzo wczesnego transferu powrotnego – odebrano nas z hotelu o 5 rano i bezpiecznie dowieziono na lotnisko, mimo że podróż trwała aż 3 godziny.

Samochody były czyste, zadbane i bardzo komfortowe. Kierowcy niezwykle mili, pomocni i profesjonalni – zadbali o każdy detal podróży. Dodatkowym, bardzo miłym akcentem była dostępna woda dla klientów w samochodzie.

Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje również kontakt z firmą – komunikacja mailowa jest bezproblemowa, odpowiedzi przychodzą bardzo szybko, a klienci otrzymują numer telefonu bezpośrednio do kierowcy. Nawet w przypadku niespodziewanych sytuacji (również w nocy), firma natychmiast przekazuje kontakt do nowego kierowcy, który punktualnie przyjeżdża i jest w stałym kontakcie. Poziom obsługi i komunikacji stoi naprawdę na najwyższym poziomie!

The company has been responsive to emails ahead of travel, provides contact details for the drivers the day before travelling, and our drivers were extremely professional.

We had an item left on the transfer vehicle on our way out; the driver notified us, and was able to arrange for a different driver dealing with our return journey, to reunite us with it.

Personally, I would find it more comforting to receive the details of the driver slightly earlier during the day (say, more like midday rather than 6pm) but save for that, I could not rate this company more highly.

Great service, contacted me prior to arrival, were there on time for pock up by friendly and professionsl driver. Pick up the same. Everything just as we wished for.

We booked a transfer to/from Geneva airport to St Foy ski resort in Feb 2026. The drivers were right there waiting for us at the airport - great communication throughout. Both drivers (we needed 2 mini buses) were excellent. Highly recommend Loyal Transfers. Will definitely use them again.
