LPA Now Avis 

I was very nervous in engaging with an online company (I'm ageing & like face to face!). However, LPA Now proved to be a very professional service. Staff were always readily available by phone & extremely polite & helpful. Thank you so much.

Everything straight forward. Only thing had misinformation that cost of reduced rates were inc in price to be told it wasn't after payment taken. Anyone using this service take on board its on top of price given. If had known been on low income wouldn't have used this company. Makes it worse when on low income and reason you need LPA'S is because of a health situation. Maybe should be help towards cost for some!!.

Great customer service, friendly staff, well informed and will guide you all the way through the whole process. Answered all my questions and offered sound advice whenever we were not sure about something. I would definitely recommend LPA Now if you are looking to get a power of attorney arranged for elderly parents or relatives.

The company was easy to get in touch with, all those who I spoke to were very polite, they were very professional and showed an eagerness to get the job done the fee appeared reasonable. However I'm still waiting for the finish document which is now with a government department.
