Not for a speedy delivery
Placed my order online as the site said dispatched within 7 days. After hearing nothing for 2 weeks I chased to be told it would be another week. Then on the day of delivery I emailed to confirm everything was on time, then got a text message stating another week wait !!! very frustrating when works are booked and planned in. A month waiting is, not 7 days from point of purchase!! At no point did they contact me to advise on delays only after chasing them, very poor comms. Don't bother saving a few quid on buying here as it costs you more on the job with wasted time. So if you want delivery on time to suit your work go elsewhere.

I ordered a sandstone patio pack in a sunset buff (peach, orange, fawn colours) from LSD - this was the third order I had placed with them, for the same patio project. What arrived this time was a crate full of grey and silver slabs, clearly from a different range. After contacting LSD, they did reply quickly - however they denied that a mistake had been made, and that the grey and silver slabs were within the "accepted characteristics" of the range I had ordered, and there was nothing they could do. (so what's the point in offering different colour ranges??). I told them this was unacceptable as I now have paid for slabs which are of no use to me, as they contrast completely with the 2 previous sunset buff packs that are already laid. They have simply ignored my emails and clearly do not intend to try to resolve the issue. So if you use this company, you should be aware that you are taking an expensive gamble, that the product you receive matches the one you ordered. For me, the gamble paid off twice, but on the third occasion, I am more than £400 worse off. Additionally I now need to source a new patio from another supplier, try to recover costs, and endure the disruption and delay to the completion of the work.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the patio pack you received. We would like to clarify a few points regarding your order.
As discussed during our correspondence, we do not hold this product in stock ourselves. The patio pack was supplied directly by Bradstone, and once you raised your concerns, we immediately requested photographs and investigated the matter with the manufacturer.
The photographs provided showed that the crate was clearly labelled as a Sunset Buff Patio Pack, and both our records and Bradstone's confirmed that the correct product had been ordered and supplied.
It is important to note that this was the only patio pack purchased from us and that it was from a different production batch to the packs already installed. As natural sandstone is sourced from India, colour variation is an inherent characteristic of the product. For this reason, we would never guarantee that a new pack purchased at a later date will be an exact match to previous packs, particularly when they are from different batches.
While the pack you received contained some grey and silver tones, these are recognised characteristics of Sunset Buff sandstone and are within the manufacturer's accepted colour range. The photographs also showed buff, tan, and orange tones throughout the pack. Both ourselves and Bradstone reviewed the images and confirmed that the material supplied was the correct product rather than a different range.
We appreciate that the variation was not what you were expecting and understand your frustration. However, as the correct product was supplied and the colour variation falls within the natural characteristics of the stone, neither we nor Bradstone were able to classify this as a supply error.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, they didn't have my order in stock but communicated with me immediately and helped me find an alternative, very knowledgeable staff.. Delivery was fast and efficient. My customer commented on nice and helpful the delivery driver was with putting the slabs in the driveway. The circle paving was excellent value and looks beautiful. Will definitely be recommending and using again. Thank you :)
