Recert adventure
The research experience was very simple. The reviews were clear and crisp, and the examples of inception videos were super helpful. I walked away with plenty of tips to improve my sessions, and help my patience be their best LOUD!

Excellent demonstrations without being live
Although this was a self-paced online course, it still managed to demonstrate the techniques clearly and well so that I was able to understand and replicate. I was concerned about this prior to the course.

I encounter tech challenged during my…
I encounter tech challenged during my renewal but It was not the software but my old computer system. Thank God my husband is high tech and able to fix it for me to get done my survey and completed my certification. I think need IT support on weekends most of the therapist catching up this time. Thank you.

Perfect Online renewal course. Organized, streamline, no technical glitches and learned a lot of valuable information.
Materials were provided in an organized fashion and ahead of time which I rely on to take notes and stay organized throughout a virtual session. It was very informative and I was able to retain information and it was a perfect refresher course. Highly recommend anyone contemplating or on the fence between and Personal versus virtual refresher or renewal course. The intermittent module quizzes were way more beneficial than one giant test at the end.

I was unable to access some of the…
I was unable to access some of the material. When reaching out for help on the phone numbers provided I could not get hold of anyone. So I called my credit card company to cancel payment. After much struggling I was eventually able to complete the training and still am unable to access and print some of the binders. I have called the credit card company back and they informed me they would let the charge go through. There has been an abundance of help on making payment. As far as the course content it was excellent. The mechanics of accessing it was where I was having trouble. Also lots of freezing on the videos.
