The company is impossible to get in touch with, live chat they don’t respond. Emails, they don’t respond. My order is due for delivery today 20/10/26 however the items haven’t been dispatched. I have asked for a refund but again, no response. Such poor service all round. Do not buy from this company. Avoid at all costs. *update* tried to ring the phone number on the website and it rings out. This has now been raised as an official dispute via my bank asking for a full refund. Do not go near this company.

In early September I ordered three jumpers, unfortunately I received two medium and one large. I contacted the company by email and received a speedy response from Hamza Rabbani of the company. It was suggested I had made a mistake when ordering, which has not been disputed. I returned the two medium Jumpers unopened by return, and requested two larger size jumpers be sent and explained I was willing to pay for their postage, but have received no reply to numerous emails requesting confirmation of the returned goods. The contact phone number given is not recognised.

I ordered 3 polo shirts medium which turned out to be too small and I wanted to exchange them for the larger size . It was stated that to return or exchange products i I had to contact Customer Services .
The phone number was not recognised .
I sent 2 emails but there was no response .
I am totally nonplussed and have not encountered this problem before . I am so disappointed and meanwhile , I am left with 3 items that cannot be worn .

Unfortunately being a small independent buisness There experiencing high levels off orders being the Time of year and I didn't hear anything for 5 days however was emailed in the evening and apologised and assured my parcel is now on route and is. Cannot ask for more than this , and I also recieved a partial refund for inconvenience. Will definitely purchase again and always support small independent buisness. JIM.

Slight delay in receiving my products but they were eager to resolve my issues and was happy with the outcome and customer service.

Placed two orders payment

I bought few tshirts, great quality. True to size. Communication could improve a little more but everything was great so didn't really matter. Will order again.

One of the tops I received has a frayed collar and the other top has black marks on it. They are poor quality and I wantedto return the items. I have emailed customer services a couple of times with pictures and my name and order number and haven't heard anything back from them so am unable to return the goods for a refund. I would not use this company again.

Extremely disappointing customer experience, or more accurately, a complete lack of customer service.

I paid for fast shipping, yet my order still hasn’t arrived. What is particularly concerning is the complete lack of communication from the company. I have tried contacting them multiple times through email, their contact form and the phone number provided on their website and I have received absolutely no response.

Update: This is definitely a scam website. After I left negative feedback, I was contacted and offered a 20% goodwill refund and a promise to resend my items. Please do not fall for this tactic or let them pressure you into changing your feedback.

I disputed the transaction with my payment provider and received a full refund. I strongly encourage anyone who has experienced similar issues to do the same rather than allowing this company to continue defrauding individuals.

I believe this company’s practices warrant serious investigation and I hope the relevant authorities will take action to protect other consumers.

Pleasure to deal with

Haven’t received any of my items so clearly very slow delivery, very disappointed.

When the top arrived it had a biro stain on the front and other marks on it. Tried to contact them to return via several different methods and no response.
Update - after leaving this review, the company contacted me and issued me a full refund and didnt require the faulty item returned.

Company got in touch after late order, sent out straight away and received within two days. Clothes really good quality , really pleased with with items.

Good product &good service

Great zip neck jumper ,my son likes them and happy to wear them to 6th form . They feel so nice and quality .

XL is more like a L in uk. So the shirts didn't fit.

Waited a long time for items to arrive.,
Was asked for a review before they arrived and when I explained this situation and asked where the items were and could someone check and get back to me I was ignored so not a great experience.
I would have given a 1 star but the recipient liked the clothes.?

Amazing quality t shirts at an amazing price.Fit tight around the arms and chest and loose around the belly. Perfect muscle fit tshirt I’ll definitely be buying again
