I love my Lucchese boots! I got my first pair after I was fitted at the Santa Fe store. I always thought cowboy boots were not comfy, but I was in for a surprised! This boots are very comfortable if you get fitted right. The leather is like a glove, and I feel very well supported. I did not have to have a breaking period... very comfy from the very first moment!

Just received a "Blake" that was out of stock for several month. Nice boot but the color Cognac is quite a bit "more red" than any Cognac I ever consumed:)

I had been eyeing a pair of boots for about a year. They ended up being discontinued, I requested them to be made through email. Brooke, my CSR, walked me through the process, she was kind and patient w every question I had. I received the boots about a week ago and they were absolutely beautiful. They were worth the wait to have a pair of lucchese boots made just for me. I will most definitely buy from her and lucchese in the future. Great job!!

Delivery after the order was a quick 4 days. I wear a 10.5 EE which is normally a great fit with Lucchese and most other boots I own but I had to get these stretched at the instep. It seems Lucchese doesn’t allow room inside their boots for the really comfortable insoles they put inside them. I have many pair of Lucchese because of the comfort and long lasting quality of the boots. So I recommend this boot but it’s just not true to size.

Customer service was great! The only problem I had with my purchase was FedEx shipping being days late

You were quick to ship my boots and charge my credit card. Boots fit well but I didn't like the toe so I returned.

The return has been slow and I have yet to receive my refund.

Terrible quality control. Ordered my 4th pair of Lucceses within a year. 2-pair of Augustas, 1- pair of Rustys. Liked them so much I decided to order the Raymonds. Received them with staining issues on both boots so I placed another order and now the second replacement order had creases in the leather. Disappointed in the quality as I believe they should have noticed it prior to shipping out. Never had issues with prior purchases so I emailed them with pictures of both boots. The customer service responded asking for phone number over a week ago and as of now still no call back.😒
