Uploaded my photos over a weekend but did not expect anyone to deal with them until the Monday, but they were in the post by then. Super helpful in checking quantity of images, size of images and speedy service - plus the prints look just as I expected on the Hahnemule Photo Silk Baryta X 310 gsm paper. Highly recommended!

From the start Denise was incredibly knowledgeable and patient whilst explaining the printing process on different papers to me. She invests a lot of time in making sure she gets all the details corrent and is meticulous about her printing.

I needed an incredibly tight turnaround plus help with framing and yes lucid took care of everything for me . They are brilliant and the quality of the prints and care and service second to none
