I almost didn’t order after reading the reviews on TrustPilot but so very glad that I did. And if you go to another well known review site they score 4.7 with over 600 reviews.

The service was immaculate and the wallpaper was good to work with and is stunning. I am now trying to persuade my decorator to find more rooms in our house to do!

I Wish I’d read the reviews before I placed an order my mistake in not ordering enough rolls. Over order to be sure you get the same batch numbers I’ve ended up with a bathroom in two different shades of dusky pink which looks awful and at £75 a roll I’m very disappointed also ensure you don’t use express checkout which does not give you an option to add a batch no.
Customer services were ok but not overly bothered with my issue all in all not a company I would recommend or use ever again

Do not recommend. Issue with the wallpaper which customer services did not resolve. Very disappointed.

Paper has alot of wastage so unexpectedly needed another roll. Ordered a single roll requesting specific batch number....decorator started using new roll but it was not correct batch and was different shade completely and now whole hall needs repapered. 280 pounds down the drain. Customer services didnt want to know and offered no solution. Had read bad reviews but loved paper so was really hoping they were exaggerating....they werent. Big mistake to order from Lucie Annabel

Lovely paper but used the online calculator to work out how many roles we needed . It stated 3 so that’s what we ordered. We only needed 2. We were just outside the return timeline . I emailed to see if they would honour a refund due to the online calculator being wrong but they refused. The paper cost £75 per role. They refused to believe that their calculator could maybe be wrong. We sent pictures and measurements of the wall but no goodwill was offered. Would not recommend. Save your money and spend it with a company that cares.

Lovely wall paper. Really good selection. I feel this company is a real find.
We have done two rooms using Lucie Annabel paper.
The quality is good. The results are great.
The ordering and delivery has been very good. For the first room I spoke with someone as we needed another couple of rolls. They checked batch numbers to ensure that we got a match and we had next day delivery with no issues.
I would happily order again.

Bought 2 rolls of this ,the wallpaper has a printed brand at the start which means you loose 100cms straight off the roll to create the right match then you loose 70cms each strip there after . The job I was doing would have taken 1 roll instead of took 2 as the wastage was just over 1 roll . At the price you pay I'd say this is really poor . I did contact them and got the schpeel that they state the repeat is 100cms.they don't they say 50cms and wouldn't refund a roll . Wouldn't ever buy from them again customer service was rude and condescending and the paper quality is poor

The wallpaper is lovely, the ordering and delivery were both easy and efficient. I was however very shocked by the £20 price rise per roll of wallpaper. I fully appreciate that prices go up and £5 to even £10 per roll would have been disappointing but understandable but £20😩? I had already bought curtains and bedding lighting etc to match the wallpaper sample so I had to still buy it, I was genuinely shocked to discover the price rise overnight, one day it was £55 the next it was £75. Value for money at £55 over priced at £75 I feel a bit cheated.

Whilst the paper is nice, they use Evri for deliveries. Despite terrible delivery service and internal feedback to Manangement, they will not change courier. Our Next Day order was lost and it didn't arrive in time for the decorator. I had to place a 2nd order at full cost including the shipping.

Very little empathy for the customer and no discount for the enormous inconvenience for us and our decorator.

I won't be buying from this company again, and I have returned the excess rolls for a refund.

Recently combined Tulip Garden in Sweet Pink with Heritage Plain Sage Green separated by a dado rail.
Combination worked well.

Particularly pleased that there was very little wastage on the tulip garden repeat. Sample pieces are generous, delivery took 2 days and packaging very clever.
