Got blocked by the their email after I asked for a refund because I was not sent the correct size.

Returns paid by the buyer and are to China. It doesn't state this anywhere on the website. Garment doesn't have a label. Rip off merchant.

Shocking service. Item took ages to come. I’ve contacted them to arrange a return but just get ignored. Do not buy from them unless you know it will be perfect & won’t need to return it!
Now I’m left with an item that isn’t even nice!

Bought a dress from this online store - was described as 65% cotton and 35% polyester in the details ( I checked because I hate cheap fabric) in reality when I received it - it was 100% polyester - basically like wearing a plastic bag. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY - if I had known it was 100% polyester I would not have purchased. AVOID.

AVOID AT ALL COST.
Disgraceful company. I ordered a dress on the 10th June which I wanted for my holidays. It is now the 24th July, I am back from my holidays and still no dress. Customer service are now ignoring me as I asked for a refund. Absolutely appalling and I will be taking this to the small claims court if I don't receive my refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SCAM COMPANY

i ordered a dress on here after seeing it online. I foolishly didn’t check the reviews first as have had the exact same experience. Didn’t start off great when it took 4 weeks to ship and despite chasing this getting no update. I was sent a dress two sizes smaller than i ordered and the material
description was incorrect. When contacting them i was advised i need to send back to china from the uk and pay for postage. i checked the website which states a shipping label be provided, i obviously queried this and after many back and forth the best offer i got was 10% of the price back for a dress that isn’t even the right size so doesn’t fit. After refusing this and asking for a shipping label i haven’t had a reply a week later so have disputed it with my bank as fraudulent for a refund

Disgraceful. Dress looked absolutely stunning on Vinted but the dress I received looks nothing like. Terrible, cheap, ill fitting. Will cost me over £20 to send back to China tracked and slim chance I’d get any money so will use the dress as a rag for the dog

SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I ordered a parcel over a month ago, it has still not been delivered. I have requested a full refund multiple times and cannot get through to customer service.

Terrible company! My order took over a month to arrive!! The entire time they said they were having problems with their shipping service, i think they just send it cheaply and don't care how long the customer has to wait. They dupe you into thinking they'll pay for returns but actually you have to pay to send it back to China - it also says nowhere on their site that they're based in China. Customer service is so bad too, honestly avoid like the plague. The designs are fun but unfortunately its yet another instagram fashion brand that's just pure cheap fast fashion and clearly happy to watch the world burn. I was offered a partial refund because of how long it took to get the order but they've not followed through at all - terrible, terrible company.

This website are producing cheap knockoffs!! Revolting behaviour. The company they steal from is Alemais.com Do not purchase from this company, if you do your part of the problem!!!

Terrible company. The quality of the clothes is terrible and when you try to return they won’t responds. Total scam.

I placed an order on may 31st and have yet to receive my item (it’s July 6th). Customer service is responsive but just keep saying it’s on a plane and will arrive in the next week. As it has still not arrived, I’m not hopeful. I am not sure what quality will be like if it ever arrives but afraid to find out what a return process would be like if needed

Absolutely awful! I’ve never been scammed before but now I’ll look at reviews before I purchase anything.
Money taken from my account and never received order. Please don’t make the same mistake as me.

Horrendous scam company - do not buy from here.

Product quality is shocking, they falsely advertise the fabric make up. Products are listed as being 65% cotton, 35% polyester, yet manufacturing tags show the fabric make up as 100% polyester, they also cut the manufacturing tags out and the price paid is astronomical versus the quality.

If you ask to return the items, customer service will ignore you so they can keep your money.

Please do not buy from here and save yourself a lot of hassle.

WHat I have received does not correspond at all with what I have ordered. The quality is terribly low. It's a scam.

I urge people to not fall for this brand. Lucille Mercier is a scam. I’m trying to return the clothes I ordered but can not get hold of anyone who could help. No emails have been replied to and there is no telephone number you can call. The clothes are poor quality and they are tiny. I’d like to get my money back or at least size up but there is no one there to help. I will push a legal action against them. Awful brand. I’m usually very caution so I find it difficult to believe I have fallen for a scam like this.

I got swayed online to try some of the dresses and sets from this company. First of all it took 3 weeks to arrive. Thinking to myself, it’s a French company, the quality must be decent (basic even) I soon realised when I took the first dress out, that everything was probably made in a sweatshop and is mostly plastic. Fire hazard right there. I also sized up as recommended on their site but I can’t get half the items over my thighs or bust (size UK14). Furthermore, customer service will not refund any of the £200 I spent. So now I’m stuck with plastic prints that doesn’t fit and I’m out of pocket. Please be cautious when shopping with them. Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had! Feel a bit silly I got duped. Hopefully you won’t too.

Clothes are awful quality and nothing like the pictures. When I emailed them to ask about a refund I was told to pick one of two options - leave a positive review on trust pilot and get a 75% refund or send the clothes back. I’ve been waiting for weeks and there is no details on how to send the clothes back - so no refund!!

I have been completely scammed by the company and want to report them to trading standards. Do not buy anything from Lucille Mercier as you will get scammed too.

Do not shop here! Awful customer service and they would not give me a refund for a product which arrived after I needed it (it took over 2 weeks) and which was definitely NOT a cotton mix. They said that the product I had bought did not qualify for a refund which it said nowhere on the website or on the order confirmation. When I challenged this, the customer experience team ignored me. I’m raising this with the consumer ombudsman but do not buy from this company!

Scam. Awful quality and they lie about the fabric makeup. I asked for a refund and they told me "According to our return policies, returns are not valid for our "The Summer Sale" products as they contain a "high price discount"" even though they say they'll return the item in 14 day with no questions asked. Thankfully I reported this with my bank and got my money back.
