We strongly dispute several factual claims in this review.

The reviewer states that LuckScout “do not pay out,” that payments are arbitrarily made “at their discretion,” and that accounts are cancelled when “the truth has been discovered.”

Those are serious allegations, and we categorically reject them.

LuckScout has made payments to eligible members for years. The suggestion that we simply take members' contributions and advertising revenue and then arbitrarily decide not to pay them misrepresents how the program operates.

The reviewer asks:

“why are they not transparent on how much you will be paid and when?”

LuckScout does not promise a fixed wage or a guaranteed monetary amount for every individual review. The program's rules and payment structure should be considered as they are actually presented to members, rather than converted into a guaranteed hourly wage or per-review payment that LuckScout has not promised.

Most importantly, if this reviewer personally earned an amount that became payable but LuckScout improperly refused to pay it, that should be straightforward to investigate.

Likewise, describing other people as “future victims” assumes the very conclusion the reviewer is attempting to establish.

We would like to clarify several points in this review.

First, LuckScout does not promise members a fixed hourly wage or a guaranteed dollar amount for every individual review. If someone prefers a program where every activity has a predetermined monetary value, they are entitled to decide that LuckScout is not suitable for them.

However, that is very different from calling the platform a “scam.”

The reviewer makes a particularly serious claim:

“When I did this I never recieved any replies back but instead I could never log back in.”

The clear implication is that this person asked a question about the monetary value of points and LuckScout responded by preventing them from accessing their account.

We categorically reject the suggestion that members are locked out merely for asking how the program or its rewards work.

If that genuinely happened as described, we invite the reviewer to provide sufficient account information privately so that we can investigate it.

Please provide:

1. The LuckScout account involved.
2. The approximate date on which the question was submitted.
3. How the question was sent to us.

We respect the reviewer's decision that the time commitment was not suitable for them. Everyone should decide for themselves whether participating in LuckScout is worthwhile.

However, several statements in this review require important clarification.

The reviewer states:

“There are zero reviews for luckscout confirming payment.”

That assertion is simply incorrect.

LuckScout publicly maintains a Performance page containing member feedback and payment-related experiences. More than 10,200 members are currently represented there as having been paid through the program:

Readers do not need to take our word for it. The information is publicly available and can be examined directly.

There is an important difference between saying, “I personally had not yet been paid after approximately one week,” and saying, “There are zero reviews for LuckScout confirming payment.”

The reviewer says they participated for only “about a week” and stopped because there was “no assurance that I would actually be paid.” We understand that concern, and nobody is required to continue participating if they are uncomfortable with the program.

But a person deciding to stop after approximately one week because they were uncertain about a future payment does not establish that LuckScout does not pay its members.

The reviewer also describes calculations concerning how long 100 reviews could take. That is their own estimate based on their activity and pace. Members have different levels of activity, and LuckScout should not be represented as guaranteeing a particular hourly wage or fixed monetary value for every individual activity when that is not what the program promises.

Likewise, the statement that LuckScout “seems very new” should not be used to imply that there is no established history of members receiving payments.
