If I could give zero stars I would, most disgusting company - DO NOT ever deposit any money! I deposited £20 and they took £650 out of my bank account. I had to get my bank to reimburse me and the company then wouldn’t refund me as my bank had already done it. So they have £650 of my money and have got away with it. Ridiculous AI style emails which lie and say they are looking into your refund. Do not fall for this scam

Company is great at taking deposits but absolutely shocking at paying out. They make you wait 3-5 days, then cancel the request because it was unsuccessful & repeat this process multiple times.

Awful company took my deposit without any issues but when I wanted to withdraw it,they were wanting too much of my personal information.I tried to sort it with the online chat but kept giving me the same information which didn't work.Told them to close it and they have kept my money,If I could give it no stars i would DON'T USE THIS SITE

My first withdrawal request and reason for 3 stars is 400 maximum withdrawal and 36 hour waiting time with money not being removed from my gameplay! I will come back and update in 36 hours and will add another star if all completed and money received
Update *******4 times 36 hour waits and failed deposit due to (technical issue) I have added Revolut card that they advised me to do and they’ve verified it so let’s see what happens after this 36 hour wait! I have changed my rating to 1 star

My experience with them has been incredibly frustrating and if I’m honest absolutely shocking! They have taken over a week to process money they owe me, to which they only pay out €400 a time btw! constantly making excuses and shifting the blame onto my bank. I was then told to set up a completely new bank account with a provider they recommended, which I did—only for them to still fail to make the payment time and time again!

It feels like I’ve been messed around at every stage, with no real effort to resolve the issue or take responsibility. Communication has been poor, and any timelines they’ve given have not been met.

At this point, it just feels like delay after delay, and I have very little confidence that they are handling withdrawals properly or fairly. I would not trust them as far as you could thrown them and certainly not with your bank details, since I have signed up to this website I’ve actually received 1-2 text mesgs a day from spam companies so they are obviously sharing all your info etc!

As far as the gambling goes it would be a solid 4 star review but if you avoided using bonuses your better off now on to the negatives when I won a substantial amount and wanted to be put into my account they could not do it they would only pay into my card and a maximum of €400 with a 36hr pending time so on average anything you win your waiting 2 days for 1 payment but the worst has to be a personal agent (trevor) who rings you everyday asking you to put money in like your some kind of millionaire leaving voicemails and everything this guy has at least 12 different numbers to contact you from even though ive told him never to call me again whenever I win he starts again. That is why my score is low

Absolutely awful didn't even deposit I signed up read that you have to wager your deposit each and every time you deposit 3x there anti laundering money policy what a load of shite it's well in there favour your most likely to loose anyway so your never gonna go for this I immediately requested my account to be closed now the Muppets are sending me emails to verify my account. Again failed withdrawal. Loads excuses. This time after 36 hour waiting my withdrawal was approved/confirmed. After few more hours of waiting transfer to account, getting message it's rejected due site technical issues. Contacted live chat and they confirmed issue with they pavement provider and I need do new request and wait again 36 hours even it was approved in first place. Had enough going with legal procedures. Will go all the way to gambling commission.

Poor - none existent customer service. No response to emails but still plenty of emails with inducements to join. They have a casual attitude to personal data on top of this.
