My entire experience has been great

My entire experience has been great. From the zoom calls to help fit my portly little dog to a vest to getting back to me so quickly with video to help make adjustments. I am looking forward to seeing my dog get a stronger and go on walks.

Good concept but poor results

The purchase was fine other than it being ungodly expensive. I even bought a used one and it was $ 350. When I got it it was not exactly what I had expected and it did not work for my dog at all. It made her worse. The concept seemed to be what she needed but but she didn't agree.

This is a MANAGED Veterinary product. A Zoom appointment is required for appropriateness of the product. you did not book one. So your review, could be a number of things: was it the right size? Could your dog get off the ground on it's own? Did it have a progressive disease? It works for all dogs when a Zoom appointment with our Vet occurs before and after purchase or it would not have been offered. Not a valid review due to bypassing the care plan.

poor customer service

poor customer service, spent a fortune, didn't fit dog, would not allow me to return. predatory, do NOT recommend. limited comments on instagram posts, intentionally limiting upset customers from telling the truth

Zoom appointment's before you purchase and follow up care. The ability to talk to a Veterinarian and figure out if it is appropriate for your dog. This person bypassed that, obviously.

So Happy I purchased this!

My Cassie is the love of my life. She is a 13 year old teacup poodle with arthritis, and watching her start to struggle with getting up and walking crushed me. The moment she could not jump up onto her bed anymore, I started to freak out. I was also really trying to avoid putting her on Librella, since it seems so 50/50, so I started looking for something that could actually help her move better without making me feel like I was gambling with her life.
I found LuckyandLoyal.com on Facebook, and decided to try their brace system because I like the exercise sleeves part. It is different. I am so glad I did. Within a week of using it a few hours a day, Cassie looked more supported and steadier. The biggest win for us was that she started getting her confidence back on walks. She is not magically young again, and can’t jump up on the bed yet, but she is clearly more comfortable, and that means everything to us.
But what really pushed me to write this review is the follow up. The doctors did not just try to sell me a product and disappear. They helped me with fit, answered my questions, checked in later, and made sure I felt happy using it correctly. That level of support is rare these days.
The brace itself is absolutely 5/5 stars. It is extremely well made and feels like it will last, not flimsy or hot. The customer service is 10/10 stars. I already told my family that I am keeping this suit when Cassie eventually leaves me because it is that well made and worth it. If I have another dog in the future, I would reuse the vest and just get new sleeves to fit.
If you are on the fence and you are desperate like I was, do the zoom and figure out if it is right for your dog. I can honestly say Lucky and Loyal really helped Cassie. I am super grateful.

Fast shipping, great customer service

Shockingly fast shipping. I received my order with no issues, and I believe I even got a follow up email and text just to see if I needed any help with the mobility sleeve I bought. Great experience.

Brilliant braces that gave my dog his mobility back

I couldn’t be happier with the brace I got from this company. My dog was struggling with mobility and clear discomfort, and the difference after getting one of their braces was obvious almost immediately. The fit was spot on, the quality is legit, and my dog actually moves with confidence now instead of limping or hesitating. What I appreciated most was how easy they made the whole process. They clearly know what they’re doing and actually care about getting dogs out of pain. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. This is one of those purchases you end up wishing you made sooner.

Disappointed and sad

I bought the size sleeve and vest that Dr Pierce recommended in our text conversation. The vest was a little large but acceptable but the sleeve was way too small. It took several days of persistent emails back and forth to finally get a return label. Shipped with tracking to Tulsa office and saw it was delivered a week later. The same day I shipped the package I paid the invoice for the return fees and the price difference (increased price) for the new sleeve. Never got new sleeve. Sent lots of emails but only when I got my credit card company involved did I get an email with some lame excuse about an app problem. I sent the sleeve back on July 1 2025 and called my credit card company in early September. They still send me emails telling me how important it is to act quickly to help my dog! They never attempted to directly contact me to make things right. Perhaps some people got lucky but my poor doggie is still struggling with mobility and his over 70 year old pet parents have to support him several times a day just so he can potty with some dignity. Shame on the owner of Lucky and Loyal. In other posts here she whines about how the problem with an app has hurt her business. Not true. The problem is with her and her customer support team. I got my money back but I would have preferred to have helped my dog.
Response to Lucky & Loyal. Your customer service is abysmal. You miss the point. You are responsible for my bad experience. I copied you on all the emails I sent to your customer service and even sent pleas for help to your personal email address. You ignored me for months. You never sent me the complete system because you never sent me a second sleeve even though I paid for it and jumped over ever silly hoop you required. Keep deluding yourself about what happened. Your lies will catch up to you. You could have reached out to the people you cheated but instead you have been hiding behind your “terms”. When it comes to the fraud you have been perpetrating these will not protect you. Please stop pretending you care about anything other than money. You exhaust me.

This client disregards the true issue. The fulfillment center and corresponding app that failed. We do not have this facility in place anymore they have been fired and the app has been removed. The new facility for fulfillment is in Oregon where we can personally oversee the fulfillment process. Our results are more than amazing and while we a re very very deeply sorry for your experience, we have made incredible changes and made videos on the woes of fulfillment so other small companies trying to save dogs from drugs and surgery do not fall prey to poor fulfillment issues as we did.

Waste of $450

I wanted to love this harness. I read all the great reviews, but the harness did NOTHING for my dog. I reached out to the company, they didn’t even respond. I sent a follow up, no reply again. I went to their site and tried a third time, and they told me I was outside the 14 day return window. Crap company, crap product. Takes advantage of pet parents.

I've seen first hand the wonderful…

I've seen first hand the wonderful difference it made to my friends dog. She was struggling getting around, especially on hardwood floors. She'd slip and slide all the time. Within a few days she improved measurably. Her demeanor was better too. She could suddenly go see her favorite people and become involved in the family again. It was really wonderful to see. Highly recommend!

Love this brace!

We've been using the Lucky and Loyal brace for a few months. From day 1, I noticed a dramatic shift in my dog's stability. She stopped swaying and leaning on things. Even after taking the brace off after her walk, she has energy and is moving around more. She's clearly getting stronger; she stands up faster, and she's definitely in less pain.

My advice to others is to take advantage of the free virtual visit. The vet walked me through measuring my dog, and we had no issues with fit once the brace arrived.

Helpful experience fitting a dog brace…

Helpful experience fitting a dog brace for my senior dog with difficulty walking. I could tell the difference immediately. We continue to use the brace a few times a week, especially when he has trouble on longer walks.

I wouldn’t recommend the use of Lucky and Loyal! They honestly caught me at a sensitive time, I was so wanting to find help for my pet that I bypassed all my normal checks & even paid for expedited shipping. The customer service is awful, placed an order in July a lot of back and forth because it didn’t fit right, same questions being asked wasting time, requested return 8/2, 8/28 after numerous follow ups finally received return label, returned 8/29, they received 9/4 continued having to follow up for credit status all the way up to a few days ago when I finally told them that it’s going to Better Business Bureau did they all of a sudden provide proper attention. Now looking online I see so many others experience the same, it’s extremely disappointing knowing we all love our pets & willing to spend the money to create happy lives for them only to be taken advantage of.

If only the issue my family & I experienced was simply due to an “app” failure. It wasn’t, it was a LuckyLoyal customer service failure. Numerous reps saying they would communicate back direct via email but never did. Even the response from LuckyLoyal, of this very valid review is disappointing.

We implemented a poor app that failed and lost all of our data! It was implemented late July and lost all data for august. We sent emails out to everyone regarding the lost data. You must have not received them and as a result when you made your request in September, you were promptly answered. This review is completely unfair as the app failure was not of our doing. We have since moved fulfillment back to Portland Oregon. The fulfillment center in Tulsa, OK not only let this pet parent down but it nearly destroyed our business. We will never use Excel3PL ever again. It is unfortunate that this person is so slighted that they feel they need to continue to negatively review everywhere they can find us. That is a terrible way to live. We've helped thousands of pet parents and are proud to have built a company based on trust. We made a poor decision using the Tulsa location, that is on us.

The brace really helped my dog to walk…

The brace really helped my dog to walk when his legs got weak from IVDD, especially up & down stairs. I appreciated being able to speak to a real person on the phone for sizing. So rare for real customer service vs ai bots these days. I’d definitely buy another brace if I got another dog who needed one in the future.
