Terrible company, terrible quality, terrible customer service. Avoid.

Have not received my purchase; have emailed in three times and not one response. Please be advised - do not purchase from this company. I want to send this message on especially coming up to Christmas time.

Ordered a necklace and bracelet, but wanted to exchange it (ordered gold and meant to order silver). I sent three emails and called and left two voice messages. Their website refund policy states "You have 100 days from the delivery date to return your order, which means that you have plenty of time to return or exchange your items." I have never heard back from them. I will NEVER purchase from here again, and will let anyone I know not to order from this site.

I never received my order. I was given a tracking number but it wasn’t delivered due to unpaid shipping by merchant. I have contacted them several times and no response yet. It’s been over three weeks so I had to contact my bank.

Placed an order about a month ago, looked like it shipped and then the shipping status said it has insufficient shipping. I reached out and they said I could go pick it up (I don’t know where) and pay to collect the item, have them remake it or get a refund. I asked to remake it (hadn’t seen these reviews yet). Sent them many emails asking for an update and no response so I will be disputing this charge on my credit card.

DO NOT order from this company! I never recieved my order and I have reached out to the company numerous times with no response. They are not real and if they are, they are very unprofessional!

UGGGGG.....I need to get in the habit of finding reviews on companies I'm not familiar with. They claim to be 14k gold but are nothing but really cheap looking costume jewelry. I purchased two of the initial necklaces for my daughters and am too embarrassed to give them to them. I've reached out to the company. They asked me to send them pictures of what I received. I just want a refund! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Ordered a pearl necklace with my daughter’s name in gold. Item says it was delivered, but I never received it. Spent $60+ on it for her birthday and haven’t heard back from them yet. So disappointed and angry!

The jewelry is very cheap looking, looks more like costume jewelry. I took the time to submit a review so potential other customers would be warned. After I submitted it, it says it would be posted once an administrator reviews it. Surprise, surprise- the review was never posted. I appears that only positive reviews are being allowed to be posted which further discredits the company. I would avoid this company and their products at all costs.

They do not contact you for returns. I'm out $145 - I have contacted the better business bureau. Funny the BBB doesn't even have a point of reference for the company. I looked up the address and it looks like a corner store in IL. Hopefully someone will read this and not get scammed

Website pretends to be American. But it is from China. Materials you can not know what is on your skin is a bad idea

Since the reviews are being moderated, it is very likely that this one won’t end up in the webpage so I’m writing one here.

The quality of this product is extremely disappointing. There’s no indication that it’s gold-plated or made from quality materials, and it doesn’t come with any certification to verify its authenticity.

The “luxury box” is just an ordinary jewelry box with an unfamiliar brand name.

Additionally, the delivery was very slow as it ships from China. I also ordered necklaces for a friend, but I can’t give them to her due to the embarrassment of this cheap metal piece.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Quality is terrible. They say it’s 14k gold but it most definitely is not, it arrived looking tarnished already. Absolutely not worth $70, complete scam. They also do not return “custom items” (which is typically all they sell). Don’t waste your money.

Scam website. Product quality horrendous! Didn't receive half my order. STAY AWAY

Item was never delivered. All phone calls directed straight to an answering machine. No online service. I had to finally cancel my order through my bank as I could never get ahold of anyone.
