I had an amazing experience learning to drive From the very first lesson, they made me feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel. Their teaching style is clear, patient, and thorough, making sure I understood every concept before moving on to the next step. They also tailored each lesson to my personal progress, giving me tips and encouragement that helped me improve quickly. What I appreciated most was their calm and friendly demeanor, which made me feel at ease during even the most stressful situations.

The company is honest and reliable

The instructor was very helpful, and full of enthusiasm, he never shouted and was supportive of any mistake I made during my lessons, and explained what I can do better. Overall I had a great experience learning and passed first time with 3 minor marks.

Philip very thorough instructor doesn’t miss a trick and a very good teacher

I have never driven before and am quite nervous on the road. Fillip taught me driving from scratch and helped me pass the first time! He was very patient, taught me driving skills and told me many information and tips to pass the test. He also helped me booked a test in a test centre near where I live. Thank you so much Fillip!

Philip adjusted his teaching to my experience level, and was always easy to learn from. Always on time, and flexible. I got a ton of help scheduling my exam and got plenty of meaningful practice.

The first experience was decent. She was a good instructor but at times did raise her voice unknowingly. The bad review is being left on how she left things. I booked Lucky privately again after our initial session which was through the website. I even asked if she would like me to make payment on the website & she asked for cash. I went out of my way to get cash the day before but had to cancel due to having no childcare or a childseat to take my son with me. Instead she made that booking online & told me to book further lessons online when I asked to reschedule. I was apologetic about it as well & given she is a mother & grandmother - I thought she would be more empathetic of not having childcare. Anyway I ended up paying for 2 hours for the cancellation before which I'd like to emphasise - I DID NOT BOOK THROUGH THE APP & lucky did not advise me of the fees if I were to cancel. She stitched me up dirty & I messaged her to explain I didn't like what she did but nonetheless thanked her for her lessons. No response at least to say ur welcome. So just proves what she done was deliberate. It was a shame as I had planned to book a further 10 lessons after the booking I had made online..which ended up being for nothing anyway. Hope the 84 pound was worth it. This review is worth it for me given your lack of response and empathy. I also have messages to prove all of this. Be aware of how people operate! Not excellent customer service if you be sly about things. I would have accepted the cancellation fee as my fault but if jt were not the way you went about getting your money back!

Unfortunately I didn’t not passed on my first try as I got too cocky, LUCKY enough after few more lessons with Philip Ive passed with 0 faults. Many thanks once again!

Passed 1st time with Philip, he is a very good instructor who knows exactly the level of help to give you and his sense of humor is immaculate. I couldn't have asked for anyone better.

Absolutely amazing driving school. Phillip, Shaun and Sebastian, they all are lovely and competent driving instructors. They are patient and always there to support you. I have exam phobia so it was hard for me to focus during the test but they have all worked hard to get me to the finish line. Finally after few attempts, i have passed my test. I will highly recommend Lucky driving to anyone who has exam phobia, want to overcome that and pass the driving test.

Lucky Driving Academy, really can’t recommend enough!! Filip is absolutely fantastic, super patient, any question I had he answered very clearly. I was more than prepared going into my driving exam thanks to Filip (which I passed first try!). Seriously, you won’t find a better instructor.

This guy has more patience than required, making it super comfortable and pressure free to learn how to drive. Highly recommend!😊
