Don't believe the big wins you see. You will probably "randomly" win $50 a month or nothing at all. I've never heard a person go to a real casino everyday and lose for a month straight and when they finally win it is always the same amount. Why? Because a real casino does not control your game play and outcome. Clearly this site is and I am not the only one that says they only get $50. 3 years ago it was fun because the outcomes were random and you could actually win. Now with so many states gone, the players left have no chance. They might as well shut the site down if they are struggling financially and can't be fair to their players. At this point it just feels like a money grab. Don't put big money in because you will get disappointed. I think the 2.4 stars says it all. I wanted to say good things about this new casino they launched but it is just as bad as the other one but now they get more money because people are going back and forth between Luckyland slots and Luckyland casino and neither one of them are giving their players any wins. Play lightly. This is not the site to dump money into. I hope one day it gets better but right now, there is nothing random or fair about your game play. I wish they actually cared....

I am actually sad to give this rating. Ive played luckyland since the beginning and I would vouch them. You could win, they had sales and their customer service was amazing. Any problem I had, they fixed. I am not sure what happened in the past year but they have fallen off tremendously. I barely win, if I do its small, just enough to cash out. I used to get deals a few times a week, now its maybe once a month. And then the worst thing happened... ive been checking in for YEARS (thousands of days) and somehow my streak got messed up. I have several games I check in and also have an alarm set. One day I go to check in as I always do and they said I did not. I contacted support and they said I logged in but not actually do anything..... again I say, I wouldn't mess myself up but they literally kept sending me a generic message about how it works when I know how it does. I know there must be a mistake but they couldn't say anything past the obvious pre made paragraphs and my supposed log in time. I was so disappointed and stopped playing because after all these years and money I spent, they couldn't even talk to me like a real person. Two stars.

As a fan of LuckyLandSlots... LuckyLandCasino is like. The watered down lowered RTP version of it. Games that i always hit on LLS, Didn't hit on LLC. They mirrored the same exact layout, but lowered all the games Payouts. Id open my wallet for Chumba or another site, this one seems pretty damn sektchy

Awful Awful Awful. Scam Alert. This particular Social casino is probably the WORST. They have several pending lawsuits and only operate in certain states in the US. They are an Australian based company. Total RIP OFF. I have been playing on their old site Luckyland Slots..and now there newer one Luckyland Casino. Both are atrocious. I have been a player for about 3-4 years and have 'CONSISTENTLY' purchased coin packages on a daily basis for the past 3 years. I have NEVER one a Jackpot and I play every single day. I have won $100, $200, $400 once or twice in the 3 year period....but here is the KICKER..they let you win and tell you everything is based on a RNG random number generator which is complete BS. Everything is controlled on what cash you put in. Of all the larger amounts I have won specified above they eventually win it all back. For example I won $200 about 3 weeks ago. After I won it I noticed the slots were becoming tighter and tighter and I was losing $20-$20 bucks a day for about a week or two. Only a couple of those days I actually made a very small profit or broke even for that day. The past 2 days they have completely SHUT OFF for me winning anything at all..not even a bonus....I lost $60 two days ago and today I lost $100.....so I guarantee you that now they got their money back from that $200 winnings they will start to release the slots so I start winning again. That is the CATCH..This is how they get you.....You will NEVER EVER make a profit if you are a regular player. Eventually they will get their money back. My only recommendation is if you are new player is try them out as they will release the slots for you because they want to 'LURE' you in..If you make a decent profit....cash out and delete your account forever and NEVER EVER go back because they will get it back from you.

Great site. Like the old Luckyland Slots with a few updates. Redemption was fast and customer service has been great giving out freebies and promotions.

They ran a scratcher ticket “ LadyLuck x American Outlaws Reloaded Cataboom” and I won $200 SC. I have not received that credit and when I’ve contacted support and the casino through FB messenger the only thing that I’ve been told is that it has been escalated to a dedicated team. This is just plain ridiculous. Don’t run a contest if you don’t plan to honor it. I am VERY unhappy with how this casino is running their promos and crediting their customers.

They wouldn’t honor the 50% off promo. There was a website glitch where I tried clicking but was unable to purchase it during the time it was available.

I contacted customer support, and they added it back to my account (at a past time that wouldn’t work) and then when I told them that it wouldn’t work they said it had expired. Yes, it would have expired if it was set for a past date and time…

My experience hasn’t been good here since joining. Luckyland needs to make sure their customer service is responsive and not just autotyping responses and disregarding customer concerns.

Luckyland Casino feels like Luckyland Slots' cool new sibling. It's still brand new, but it already has everything I liked - smooth gameplay, generous bonus rounds, and plenty of "just one more spin" moments.

The scavenger hunts are a blast and actually make checking in feel like a mini adventure instead of a routine. If this is how Luckyland Casino starts out, my free time may be in trouble — in the best way.
