LuckyPays Avis

Complete scam i won money but because it was against the bonus rules they kept it without notification.

So Bull shit website don't play over here.

Awsome site some great games like big bass splash 👌

Absolute scam without question. Bonus buys rarely pay above stake and even then it’s minimal. I realise this is gambling and not expected to win but the rtp must be a lie. Avoid like the plague. This site needs shutting down if I’m honest. Losing money is part of gambling, never expect to win but this site makes it pretty much impossible to win anything at all!! Avoid avoid avoid

It's a scam won 720 told me sorry it's been voided, plus can't even log back in . Pure scammers

This site is really criminal. I won with 5 euro a 150x in crazy balls. And i receive 10 euro. I go to the help center. So i waited 53 minutes for someone finally talk with me. And then they said.. everything seems normal to me so i cant do anything for you. They serieously stole 740 euro from me. And i cant do anything. They ask if i had a screen shot. But why would you make a screenshot of every winning you make. But you better do it if you played on this site. I play on much different casinos and never have trouble with some. Only with lucky pays. So this is a criminal casino guys

Gambling was ok. Withdrawal request of 3250 euro. Verified my account. They put the request in status processing, telling my the money was sent to the gateway.

However, without any message, they voided the withdrawal. After contacting live chat, they told I did not met the T&C. The proof they gave, were bets during other bonuses. When asking about the wagered bonus (in which I met al their T&C's), they could not give the bet ID's.
They said they escalated to senior support and I should contact them tomorrow. But suddenly, decision became final without explanation.

It's just another scam.

I did a withdrawal on the casino wich all went true but the money never arrived so i wrote to there Live chat and got the answer that they had voided my withdrawal. they couldnt even tell me why?

This is a scam Casino site and should be under investegation.

A lots of bonuses. Helpful and quick on the life chat whenever need a help.

Good company

Good agent and site

Would give absolutely no stars… BE VERY CAREFUL AS THIS IS A SCAM SITE… YOUVE BEEN WARNED…

Awesome site good selection good payouts

Good help, nice website design, good games

I got 15 free spins from this site which I won €1.40 from them, I manage to work my way up and up and up, completing the wager required to withdraw, believe it or not I withdrew €1500, 2 days later they email me telling me that the funds have been terminated and that I would not receive any of the money, when I asked if I could appeal this, they simply said no... here's the best part! As a gesture of good will they credited my account with another 15 free spins! What a joke!!

Worst ever do not use them Iv been trying to get my 200 winnings for 10 days now and now I can’t even log on to uploads info and communications via email are. Days wait each time I could cry they are scammers

Cancer scammers after pressing 200 time i still dont get a bonus what a bs is this.

They will block you from live chat and not Return emails if you have a problem with bonuses . I paid for 100 £1 spins and they weren’t added . To then find out I was blocked from live chat and 27 emails later the issue is still not resolved . The agents keep saying to contact through email which I’ve done . No contact Centre to call up so you’re stuck in no man’s land . What I thought was a great site has massively disappointed me . Issue still not resolved and im Out of pocket . Sort it out !!
