Won $1500 waited 30 days the was told my redemption was canceled because my verified bank was no longer accepted even after I had made purchases and redemptions in the past so I opened a skrill account and received the first $900 because that's the limit on skrll, immediately requested the remaining $600 as I was told to do and its been 13 days and am still being told it will be processed shortly. When I speak to support I either get its being raised to support and ill receive an automated response or no response. I like the games but dont expect your redemption fast or detailed answers if you have a problem
