They have great daily bonuses (I am platinum level), and a great game selection. Customer service was helpful. I took two stars away due to the delay in redemption. They emailed and asked for a copy of my card, which i uploaded. A day later, they asked for a copy of a different card - one that i had not used to make purchases in a long time. I provided that the same day that they requested it. It took so long to redeem that I ended up playing back all my winnings. I won’t purchase from them again due to the delay in processing redemptions (they estimate 3-5 days), but I dont know for sure since I cancelled and played it back on the second day.
