Hopeloos ik heb dit nog nooit meegemaakt ze betalen mijn winst niet uit omdat mijn gegevens niet zouden kloppen maar wat ik ook aanlever of probeer aan te passen, het is gewoon niet mogelijk. Nu ik erachter ben dat ik mijn geld kwijt ben heb ik mij er maar in berust. Het enige wat ik niet meer wil is nu geen emails of sms'jes meer ontvangen van deze oplichters maar hoe vaak ik mij ook uitschrijf ze blijven maar spam sturen en niet elke week maar elke dag. Dus naast dat ik ben opgelicht word ik ook nog eens iedere dag zonder dat ik het wil bestookt met spam. Ik ben een positief ingesteld iemand en niet snel kwaad te krijgen maar deze lui / organisatie maken mij oprecht heel erg woedend!!! PAS OP VOOR DEZE OPLICHTERS!!!!!!!!

I nearly fell over when i checked my bank account 21 days after all sorts of cancelled withdrawal request the funds owed finaly hit my account i had left a review prio to this explaining in detail about my experience with this company not good had all but written off the funds and was shocked to see it finaly reach my account so ive gad to acknowledge this fact they eventually paid out , i would how ever tread very carefully with this company!

So if I could I would give minus 100 stars as a rating. This casino is the worst I have ever seen. I won over 1300 euros at the end of January. 21 days ??? Haven't received any payment yet. The chat puts you off and tells you to be patient. They don't respond to emails at all. I don't think I'll ever get my prize. Just keep your hands off. Any other casino is a thousand times better.

Hi, i played a month ago on luckywins. Deposited 1500 euro and won 4000 euro. After reading the reviews here i thought i would never get my money but today, 20 business days after requesting my withdrawal, i received the 4000 euro. So after all they pay out.

Minimum withdrawal is € 100, so i deposited a bit more to get to that amount... They never pay out saying that the adress wasn't filled in. STAY AWAY!

Like a lot of people are saying when you finally play through a 50 times wagering bonus and happy you made that achievement of getting a chance for a withdrawel. You make it be doing a bank transfer(which is weired in the first place) you wait and wait and everytime you talk to them on chat they give you a automated message saying we will put your request to the banking department( I had 5 of these messages).

Waiting since 27th September for a withdrawal, it's now 30th October. I keep contacting them, all I get is, it's with the financial department please be patient.
AFTER 90 DAYS WITHDRAWAL GOT CANCELLED, WAS TOLD TO SUBMIT AGAIN. AGAIN, 90 DAYS LATER CANCELLED. WAS TOLD TO SUBMIT YET AGAIN AS THERE WAS AN ERROR WITH THEIR FINANCE DEPARTMENT AND TO EMAIL THEM ONCE I'D SUBMITTED IT. SO THATS WHAT I'VE DONE. LETS WAIT AND SEE.

If you want your winnings quickly or at all, don't use this site. I withdrew 9 days ago and still have not had anything. They say it takes 7-21 business days to get the withdrawal (so it means 21 days) and the chances are you wait that long and then they want more documents off you so you wait another week after that.
In reality you can't withdraw more than 15 times a YEAR when you think about it. Even when you are fully verified it still takes 21 days so your best Bet is to go to another site! Luckily I'm not too heavy into this site financially. I'm actually up but won't be going back that's for sure.

Worst SCAM!!!! Unsubscribed from their mails and they keep sending FUD!!! Unsubscribed many times but their trash BS is still in my mailbox. Scam casino! Beaware, this site is copycat of many similar casinos just different domain names.
