Still waiting on refund
Never had an issue in the past, but both items in my last order were not true to size. They’ve been very adamant about not refunding the $15 shipping fee. It’s also been several weeks and I haven’t received a refund for the items either. I have been a loyal customer, but don’t plan on shopping here anymore.

**WARNING** TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
**WARNING** before I looked at their reviews, I ordered two things OVER a week ago. Website tells you that it will be shipped within four business days, wasn't that mad at first, until I tried to contact them over an address mess up on my end, 100% accountability on me, but only received one reply from five emails. And by the time the second email came, they could 'no longer help me' after I had already given them the address change and nothing was done. When I contacted the carrier, they told me that the shipper is the only one that can change it. After reading more reviews on this store, it's very obvious that I am not the only one with this problem. I am longer going to order from a company that will not work with their customers, it's frustrating and ridiculous. Their customer service, if you can even say there is one, is terrible and useless.

Deceptive Return Policy - Do not recommend
As a first time (and now last time) customer, I would not recommend, as their return policy is extremely deceptive. I recently placed an order using a promo code - the item (shoes) did not fit so put in a return request. After first suggesting that I had used an incorrect promo code that made my order final sale, it took several days and multiple email attempts on my end to receive the following response:
“I do see that you used code "TENOFF" at checkout making this order FINAL SALE and not eligible for a free return or refund. Please understand, because we have already offered the items you purchased at a steep discount, we are unable to cover return shipping and refunds. You can still send your return for store credit by paying for the return shipping.”
Besides the fact that I wouldn’t consider $10 off a “steep discount”, nowhere on their website does it state that use of this code would the render the order ineligible for free return shipping/refund to the original form of payment. Between this and overall poor communication, I would not recommend shopping here to anyone.

Don't order from here
Don't order from here. I completed three separate transactions and there was one in particular for a dress that I could not wear.. it didn't fit. I read the return page and no where did it State the code that I was using would not allow me to return it. I did email them let them know the dress did not fit, they said after using the code (tenoff) I am not allowed to return it. I now have a $50 dress that I cannot wear. Unfortunately, if people cannot order online and return, you're pretty much screwed. Also, their stuff does not warrant their cost. The stuff that I received was very thin and the dresses didn't even have liners underneath them. I don't think it's worth the money.

Dishonest Reviewing Practices
I left a less than positive review on a shirt I purchased. The quality was very very disappointing. It was a $32 Bella canvas tee rather than a boutique quality shirt. My review was removed (or they decided not to publish it because they check the reviews before allowing it to post) and I could no longer find it. I reached out on their Instagram to express my disappointment at their removing reviews. They apologized and asked that I email them directly. I did, and I never heard from them. I guess that didn’t need my business.

Dishonest company!
I bought a dress and it was way too small. I could just tell right out of the package. So I immediately emailed the company and was sent a return label. I immediately mailed it back with the original packing slip. It took 9 days to get a refund, which was $17 less than I originally paid. I emailed and asked why and was told there were signs or wear and tear, which is completely impossible. It was even inside a plastic bag AND a padded mailer, so it didn't get messed up in transit. They sent me a picture that they claim showed wear and tear but it was just the wrinkles from being packaged. Totally ridiculous.

Highly disappointed
Highly disappointed! The material of the clothing and shoes I bought was so cheaply made and did not resemble the photos that are in their website. I'm super bummed because everything looks so cute on their website. 😕

Buyer Beware
Ordered boots through Jane website. They did not fit. Contacted LUCY Avenue- only free shipping and returns purchased through their website. $34.99 boots cost $25 to return through UPS.

I love Lucy Avenue!
I love Lucy Avenue!! Most of my nicer work clothes are from this boutique. The shipping is fast and free which is awesome! I check at least once a week to see what’s new because everything is always so cute! The jeans are also perfect. I wish there could be a short and/or tall option since my legs are shorter than most. Other than that the jeans fit very well and they are also super flattering.
I always get compliments on the tops and dresses I’ve purchased from here. I highly recommend this boutique!

Not impressed, same items on Amazon 1/2 the price..
Purchased two pairs of shoes from Lucy Ave, paid extra for shipping and was charged the next day and given a shipping link but the package didn’t actually ship until a week later and I was notified that one pair of shoes was out of stock AFTER I had been charged for them. I was refunded the price of the out of stock shoes as well as the cost of priority shipping and received my shoes with a week and a half after processing my initial order. The original Order never actually shipped and they sent me a new shipping link.. I was lied to about my items shipping as well as their inventory.. When speaking with a representative they said they were ‘super bummed’.. thanks Lucy Ave. Also, after receiving my shoes I noticed they’re from a third party supplier that is on amazon for half the price that Lucy Avenue charges.. I am all for shopping small businesses but Lucy Avenue is really just the middle man between me and Amazon only Amazon is more accurate with their inventory as well as shipping oh and they’re cheaper..

I love this boutique!
I love this boutique!! I recently bought four dresses from here and I love them all. They are flattering and very cute. This boutique is just my style. I now check their site constantly to see what new merchandise they might have. They are reasonably priced and have adorable clothes. I will definitely be making purchases from them in the future.
