I ordered a wardrobe and additional shelves. They sent me the materials for the wardrobe and shelves. But they ignored the fact that I needed fittings. That upset me greatly. I had to find a shop, buy fittings, which took extra time and money for fuel. When I wrote to the office, the response was that we had all gone on holiday. It took a long time to convince them that I needed it, they arrived, three working days passed and then silence. Irresponsibility at work and disappointment.

Seamless experience, highly reccommend. We bought 2 large wardrobes from luka furniture by text which was so easy. I asked for notice before delivery so I could clear out old furniture and they dropped me a message to let me know date and rough time of delivery. We also availed of their assembly service. The 2 guys who put them together were so professional and did a super job. I am so happy with the quality of the furniture and super service, I will most definitely use Luka furniture from now on when they have what I require.

I received my wardrobe about 2 months ago and when I put the one together some parts were missing.I contacted them straight away and sent photos of the missing parts they were very sorry and said they would send them out straight away but nothing came. Have contacted now 3 times and every time they say we will send them out.Would not recommend them

I ordered a beautiful wardrobe from LukaFurniture.ie for my teenager’s room and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The wardrobe is exactly what I was looking for — stylish, solid, and very spacious. I chose the 100 cm width and it fits perfectly while offering plenty of storage space.

There was a small issue with the side panels being damaged during delivery, but the customer service was absolutely excellent. The damaged parts were replaced quickly and at no extra cost, which really shows how reliable and professional this company is.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with both the product and the service. LukaFurniture is a trustworthy company that I would happily recommend to anyone. I will definitely be ordering more furniture from them in the near future!

Got a three door sliding robe paid for delivery and assembly €705 in total.They left us with one door that wouldn’t close and one stiff door and said the floor was uneven!

I ordered 2 corner sofas. One was lovely in the sitting room, the other was too big but that was my fault for not measuring correctly. They arranged collection of the 2nd one and issued a refund within 24 hours. Always very helpful and answered questions on WhatsApp almost straightaway. Highly recommend

My experience was that how quick they were. If they have to change a delivery, they let you know. They're a fantastic company to deal with.

The materials feel durable and the whole piece looks more expensive than it actually was. Delivery went smoothly and we were kept informed at every step. If anybody is considering buying a wardrobe from LukaFurniture.ie please save yourself the upset and don’t bother! After paying €525 for wardrobe, €60 for delivery and €125 for assembly the wardrobe is falling apart after 4 days.
Firstly the staff delivery/assembly men were extremely rude and after having the room 3/4 empty for them to build it they said they didn’t have enough room and would have to come back next week , nothing to do with the fact it was a sunny Friday evening. When I insisted there was no email stating how much room was needed and that this was the only time that suited as builder were booked for next week they stood and watched me heavily pregnant try to move more furniture from space they didn’t even need.
When I noticed the wardrobe was starting to come apart at the seams and the doors coming off rollers and not opening , sent them photos and video, I obviously made a complaint ,the company tried to imply that I tried to move the wardrobe, 9 months pregnant apparently I tried to move an 8ft2 wardrobe and the rude staff said they didn’t have any room to assemble and that I forced them to do it but they would come back after Easter to fix it when I said they would have the exact same amount of room as I can’t make the room any bigger magically they will be able to do it ?
So I am out of pocket €700, been insulted and accused of been the problem on watsapp having to argue over and back my case and still have no wardrobe. And won’t refund the assembly fee!! Make this make sense please 🤷‍♀️ shocking customer service and aftercare!!

Delivered and installed a wardrobe. Very happy with wardrobe. Delivery guys not very friendly and be aware, they left me with all the cardboard boxes and aeroboard which was a lot!
