Lulu online app delivery service is pathetic

Lulu online app delivery service is pathetic. No accountability and responsibility for delivering products on time. It a torture to order from Lulu AAP.
Poor leadership and customer delivery decipline. Highly disappointed by ordering using Lulu app. Guys if you wish to punish your own self order using Lulu online app.
Hypermax and Talabat are far superior and give excellent service in terms of delivery. Poor Lulu management team have no enough delivery person to cater to Muscat customers.

I wish I could give no stars to Lulu…

I wish I could give no stars to Lulu online. Seriously the worst fresh products. I have called 8 times, emailed multiple times and no one has even bothered. Grapes came in a bunch with no grapes on so many branches, bad kiwi's, Cauliflower came sliced on top, there was nothing right. And no one has responded. I would definitely not use Lulu online or recommend them.

Never ever order anything via their…

Never ever order anything via their app. Your money and order will disappear and their customer service is arguably the worst thing you'll ever experience if they even reply to you.

I don't understand how a company like…

I don't understand how a company like Lulu can have the worst online service in the world, I'll tell you all the negative points: 1. The discount codes I use do not guarantee the purchase of the items you want, in practice if you have a 30% discount and order multiple items, they may not deliver all the products to you, the availability is never real, and if they don't deliver they don't bring you the product the next day but they cancel it of their own decision and therefore you are convinced that you bought an item at a lower price but in reality you will not receive it, and they refund you the cost with the discount obviously but you will never be able to reuse that discount, then going to reorder at full price if you want that item, I recommend using Lulu on Amazon, there at least you work with Amazon's fantastic rules, problem that Lulu discount codes are not usable, but at least if you order the product you are sure to receive it. last thing avoid writing or calling the call center, they are useless!! A debit card offers better solution choices, they are incapable of any type of solution, they tell you it can't be done, it's so subtle!! Really useless! So if you order, know that you won't necessarily get a discount and they will only give you the things they need! The refunds then arrive at their convenience.

Bad experience with lulu online shopping

Very bad exp. in lulu online shopping.
I am disappointed to see your offer online. When I search product it's showing that this is on stock I orderd the items.after 5 hrs. i got mail from them.no stocks.. but when I wasted my time to download your app and place order it's says out of stock.

LULU team is not updating their product online.
Please dont do this type of unprofessional behaviour with your customers write proper on your web and app so if product not available why didn't you people update

In stock but not, received wrong

Selling me and showing me that a product is available then suddenly removing it without a head notice and delivering me half a order, if I knew 4 items are cancelled do you think I'd order, very bad experience and would never ever try it again or recommend and I'll tell everyone to never order from you again, very bad sales reputation, greedy, and a clear waste of time, this frustrated me so much in a annoying way, I was waiting for my items within a long time I made plans and I needed them on time, very unprofessional coming from a big company,
Never repeating this again
Big regret honestly

Placed and order and paid and it never arrived!!!¡

Made an order for their rapid delivery service which was for within.1 hour... as it stands right now I've been waiting 2 hours and now of course their customer service have gone home!!! No idea when or even if my items will ever arrive! Their Whatsapp service is worse than useless too! Never will I ever order from them again!!! Tomorrow morning someone in customer service will be getting an earful!

Fraud/refusal to initiate refund

Since 5th of January I placed and order and they cancelled the order from their end that their can't deliver it,since their system was having a glitch, despite the fact that I had placed the right address I wanted the order delivered to,the later wanted to deliver it to my home and when I told them I wanted it delivered to my place of work, they said it was not possible that they will cancel and do a refund, we used my colleague's phone to place the same order and they delivered it to my place of work and ever since then until now I'm writing this review I haven't received my refund, this happened in UAE(Abu Dhabi), one time one of their customer support sent an email claiming they have closed that case yet my refund is still pending. I regret ever shopping with them, very unprofessional staff and not loyal . I don't suggest anyone wasting time to order with them online because they will end up stealing your money

Selling expired items and labelling missing expiry date

I made a big shopping on the 27/12 from Lulu hypermarket in Ezdan /Doha and discovered some of the chocolate I bought expiring the same day with 12 months shelf life.. normally we don’t check expired date for every individual item. This was totally unacceptable 3/5 boxes are already expired same... some items I bought even don’t have expiry date and just mentioned 12 month shelf life no production or expiry dates.. shocking…I will certainly Will not shop from them again and don’t advice anyone to shop from them..

Really discussting waiting for the…

Really discussting waiting for the orders according scdule didn't follow, and when I called rider he' told so lazy answer that your order is not ready still ! Wait 1 hour more and it's completely waited 2 hours and even contacted rider he's not responding.
Please improve the service we are paying money for the orders not to free , really it's disgusting

No way to contact store if you are travelling

Lulu had bag packers who missed one item.

Lulu overcharged me on a reduced item and would not give me my 5 SR back. The customer service desk kept me waiting then I had to leave.

I looked online for email address. The people answering the email said we are the online team so contact the store. But gave no email. When I wrote back they declined to respond, just giving the this "we are closing ticket how we do" response. Useless. Avoid.

Delivery too slow! Poor customer service

I hope you will really improve as I don't think your customer service can help! I have ordered an items and have recieve sadly it's been a week of waiting now and still not receive it. it's been long waited for. Keep contacting your customer service and all I get is monotonous answer and no specific solution and answer to the queries.. very poor service!

Very disappointing after-sales service

Very disappointing after-sales service. I bought a washing machine from Lulu Supermarket Ajman warranted for 2-years, I raised a complaint on September 29, 2025, for a minor replacement – just the washplate, which is a common issue. The service center (FETSCO) collected the part on October 2, 2025, but as of today, October 14, 2025, the issue is still not resolved. The delay is unacceptable for such a simple repair. Poor communication and slow action from both the service center and the store.

Unsatisfied to experience



"I recently had a disappointing experience with ordering through the Lulu Hypermarket app(Kuwait). I placed an order for a utensil yesterday night (after 10 PM) with a total payment of 15 KD, and while the order was processed and payment deducted, I couldn't see an estimated delivery time. Waiting till 3 PM the next day didn't yield any updates.

Visiting a Lulu Hypermarket store led to them providing a contact number which turned out to be a robotic customer service response. Despite reaching out, I wasn't satisfied with the response and ended up cancelling the order.

My concern is the app doesn't seem to be functioning optimally, leading to confusion and unmet expectations for delivery. The customer service response time (stated as 7 days) doesn't align with what I'd expect from an e-commerce platform aiming for customer satisfaction.

This is my experience with Lulu Hypermarket's app ordering process. Potential customers might want to consider this when deciding to place orders."
