Luma³ from Mind Body Goals Avis 

I am the owner of Prancing Pony Prana, which is a kids yoga studio. I am always looking for creative ways to bring mindfulness and pranayama practice to children. It is important for me to have a plethora of activities to hold attention of kids as young as two! The Luma breathing cube is perfect for this. It provides a focal point for the eyes, allowing us to devote attention to our breathing and state of mind. The soft change of color is relaxing and pleasing, while allowing for some visual variety to retain attention. The cube is very easy to use and offers multiple settings, which helps to teach kids several options of superpower breathing techniques. If they connect to even one type of breathwork, it’s a win! I find that I am able to use the cube more often due to the fact that there are different types of pranayama to teach/learn. It’s a great opening/closing activity with any amount of time available. The only change I would make is to add an option that brightens the intensity. When I teach in schools, the harsh classroom lighting makes it challenging to see the fluctuations in color (which signal users to change their inhale, exhale, or retention). The owner of the company has been fantastic to partner with. I applaud his mission, appreciate his generosity, and highly recommend his creation!

Absolutely brilliant customer service and amazing little product.
There seemed to be a fault with my first Luma cube that I purchased. The staff were very fast to respond and ask a few questions about the product before getting a replacement sent out to me. They sent out the new one before I got the first one back to them which I really liked. The product is just what I was looking for my daughter, she really likes that it doesn’t make any sounds when going on or off. Would recommend to anyone.

I really like Luma. It looks very stylish and is easy to use. I often teach my clients how to use breathing practices to soothe and regulate their nervous systems and I use breathing practices myself. Luma guides you through various helpful breathing practices using changing coloured lights - without an app or any sounds. I find it very soothing to watch the lights, rather than listen to a guided practice or use counting. Perfect for night-time. Would be great for children too. I also love the way that each purchase helps to fund free Lumas for schools.

I met Luma’s founder at a wellness event and was instantly amazed. Such a simple yet clever and unique concept to take breathing “offline”, as I always used my phone before to help me breathe and focus. My favourite bit is the flashing colourful lights at the end to celebrate you’ve made it through a round of breathing! Thank you Luma!

The LUMA³ is a very helpful device for assisting you to manage your mental health. It gives you a focus to assist you in managing your breathing, which is so important in helping you take control when feeling under pressure or stressed. It can be used as a way of teaching children and young people about controlling their emotions. Very useful for families and classrooms.
Also great for encouraging adults to relax too before embarking on a difficult task, whether that's a challenging conversation or undergo a medical or dental procedure for example.

I am very happy that I bought Luma3. It looks lovely, and I really love that it does not have any screens involved. It is a great tool for focusing breathing and I have used it a lot already. I would definitely recommend this.

I’ve really enjoyed getting to grips with my Luma3! I’m someone who always dismisses my Apple Watch when it wants me to do breathing exercises because, to me, there’s very little appeal to doing them that way. With the Luma3 it somehow feels much more purposeful. The unit itself is so well made that it’s a joy to hold and the lights which guide you through your breathing exercises are lovely, warm colours. It’s also great to have on hand when you’re struggling to sleep or wake in the night instead of picking up your phone. 5/5 would recommend.

Firstly I've got to say what a fabulous piece of design Luma is. I could look at it all day and it is no less appealing to operate. It feels like a real quality item and wouldn't look out of place in an Apple shop.
The hardest thing about using it is conditioning myself to set the time aside for something that is new to me. I can honestly say that I'm won over by the concept of mindful breathing and that I do genuinely feel better when I've done it. Without Luma to 'guide' me I'm not sure I would have either explored mindful breathing or stuck at it. Like so many great idea, Luma is simple but effective!

Luma³ has been brilliant for my anxiety and general improvement in mental health, easy to use breathing techniques. Also really good when working and just need 5 minutes.
