Reached out to Asher after meeting briefly to discuss the purchase of a diamond cross necklace. Super helpful and very quick to deliver and I was incredibly happy with the cross I was given.

However due to circumstances I had to return the cross and exchange it for something else that I could gift my partner. The first day of telling Luma, Asher was so helpful and got to work on finding a new piece that was appropriate and that I liked.

He took the time to understand both what was important to me and the budget I was working with. I never felt pressured to spend more, and his knowledge made what could have been an overwhelming process feel straightforward and personal.

Amir also managed to have the ring made incredibly quickly so that I could take it with me to Mexico for the proposal, which I hugely appreciated. The finished ring exceeded all my expectations, the proposal went perfectly, and my fiancée absolutely loves it. It has been such a hit with our friends and family, with everyone commenting on how beautiful it is.

The pendant I purchased was beautiful and I will look forward to wearing it. It came in a well packaged box with a note and recipe which was a lovely touch. There were a couple of problems when it came to delivery (not a fault of Luma) and they went above and beyond to sort things out and keep me updated on delivery status which was very much appreciated.
