Working with Nick and the team at Luma Web Design has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Nick and his team did an incredible job of taking the time to understand that vision and then turning it into something that, in many ways, was better than what we had pictured ourselves.

One of the things that really stood out was how easy they made the entire process. Building a website from scratch can feel pretty daunting, particularly for a small business owner who doesn't necessarily know how to translate what's in their head into a website. Luma's onboarding process and the forms they had us complete did a great job of asking the right questions and helping us communicate what we were looking for. From there, they just seemed to get it.

The communication throughout the project was excellent. Nick's responses were incredibly quick, and the turnaround time on the entire site was honestly remarkable. We've been through website projects before that seemed to take months and months to get to a finished product, and even then, we weren't nearly as happy with the result. This was easily the fastest website build we've experienced, without sacrificing the quality or attention to detail.

The finished site is stunning. The overall presentation really captured what we were after, but more importantly, it feels like our business. It showcases our concept extremely well, gives potential customers confidence in who they're dealing with, and sets the tone for the quality and values we want our company to represent.

We made the decision to invest in this website as part of testing a new market and determining the opportunity for this type of business. Having a professional site that we are genuinely proud to put in front of potential customers gives us a much better opportunity to properly test that market and, ultimately, grow the business.

We were truly impressed by our finished website and are very satisfied with the finished product! Our previous online presence was outdated. We have had an online presence with our blog, thenextbigadventure.net, for quite a few years. However, it was just a blog format to keep friends & family up to date on our travels and as a link for my freelance writing work.
