I ordered a denture kit .it said get discount so pressed so ending buy two sets .then waited then it said it been delivered but it wasn't there delivery courier said it had but haven't so after phone calls email s where delivery company wold get back to me then lumedly said been delivered if like more . Even after being told hadn't got . In end I gave up as became ill couldn't speak with stress .But heard nothing . Please don't let this happen do any one else as since lots review s before and after saying the same happened to them

Not fit for purpose. I wasn't allowed to return the opened box. I ordered 3 sets of silicone reline dentures, but had to pay the postage myself to return the two unopened boxes.
The postage was 50% of the price that I paid for 3 boxes, so I decided to accept their 50% refund.

Received the refund today, only for them to have refunded me 50% of the 2 unopened boxes!!!

This is definitely a scam as I am stuck with 3 boxes that will never be used at a cost of just over £27.50. Seriously, they need to be banned from trading.

I have never had this problem with online shopping ever.

The product was to small. Everyones mouth is different. They offered a partial refund. They took an eternity to get here. I order from Temu China to mine 6 days. Lumedley to here lost count how many days. And they look like false teeth sweets you buy in a sweet shop. Far to small.

Not the product as advertised. No refund if you open package. How else can you see if it's your order if you don't open. Numerous emails to company. No sensible replies. Obviously scam of customers money, while delivering cheap rubbish.

Shocking communication from customer service regarding a return, obviously trying to deter my returning an item that was faulty, the contact number doesn't exist and emails are generated by AI. Proper scsam company AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Please do not trust this company with anything. They send me wrong item, I ordered Gut Sheild and received Gut alive…when I emailed them they wonted me to post item back to China and pay postage and only then I would get my refund. They used London as their official address and uk mobile number…when I placed the order… They are nothing but a scam company!!

The worse company ever. Please stay away. Ordered Tender Paw supplements for my rescued dog. After waiting a week to be delivered I contacted them, thei said its on its way, 2 weeks later still waiting. I asked for a refund i was ignored and said parcel its on its way. 3 weeks later still waiting, asking for refund. Again I was ignored. They have a mobile number as contact on their website, NEVER nobody answer ,always a robot saying the waiting call list is 3 hours. Contacted them on their form on website is always a Emma ,who is playing a ping pong with you repeated the same thing over and over. I requested a supervisor or line manager conversation ,contact . Ignored again. Is this Emma a rea person?? They said my parcel actually was delivered in a safe location. Behind the bins. It was nothing there. They sent a pic with something looking like a bag left between the bin and the side wall which was visible from the Rd. I asked this Emma if they delivered way not doing directly to us by ringing the bell and hand it. She reply - you didn't received it???? Please check the area. After 30 days you ask me to check the area. So she is playing us.? Most likely.Reading other reviews I believe is a scam. I am seriously thinking to report them to the Police and to my bank, I'm also seeking advice and support to different authorities related to fraud and e commerce. I advice you people to do the same.

Ordered Gut Shield and was sent Gut Alive, emailed the company but no response.

I recently received my parcel of 6 bottles of Lariska eye care spray. I paid more than £80 by mistakenly pressing a wrong key. There was nowhere to amend my order so 3 payments were taken from my account !
This is not right it's a con.

I ordered a product and when I found out it had come from China I did not trust the quality, I asked for a refund and although it says guaranteed refund I am still fighting to get what I am entitled to. response is VERY slow, I have not opened the product, I was told I have to send it back to china which will cost 40 pounds and they are trying to bargain with me offering me a partial refund and to keep the product. Awful company, dont buy anything from them.

Ordered gutshield and got gutalive. When I queried this and said ebay sold gutalive £2 cheaper per bottle, I was told that they are counterfeit!!! I wonder if their product is safe to use!!!!
They have twice claimed that responses have gone into their spam, one being to everyone stating they'd changed the labelling

I bought a silicone reline denture set from them. The product is completely different from what they present on their website and doesn't work as it should according to the instructions. It's a shame they can't add photos to show how much of a scam this is.

Item GUT SHIELD took several weeks to arrive during which they tried to persuade me to bulk buy. Eventually when it arrived it was called by a different name and looked very unprofessionally produced. I will not be using it as I do not trust this company - do not waste your money on them God knows whats in the supplements but the whole outfit seems very dodgy- they refused a refund of course

I had been waiting for my order to arrive but it took well over 2 weeks by which time I had given up and bought elsewhere

UPDATE- offered a refund if I return parcel to CHINA or partial refund and keep the order - despite 3 mails no further forward !

Is this company a scam? I ordered Tenderpaw supplement for my dog at £40, have heard nothing since, and looking it up online the company doesn't appear to exist? Big warning to others, don't use them....
