They sell the exact same IP addresses to multiple people simultaneously; if you don't believe it, try messaging them from a secondary account—they’ll offer you IPs that have already been sold. They are absolutely terrible and have zero professional integrity.

Random maintenance and arbitrary change of IPs, causing all my set up systems to go haywire. Customer service treats users at their mercy. Used them for 3 months before this happened. No prior warning, just a message on their telegram channel that "certain IPs will undergo maintenance", when asked, customer service said they didn't know how long maintenance would take. No warning despite them having a inhouse messaging system that clones messages to email.

Use them if you don't need a reliable IP provider. I got 5 IPs from them, all from different locations/data centers, during maintenance they changed all of them to 1 same provider + all in the same region, this would kill all accounts if I tried using them.

Oh, and the customer service was pretty rude, and not helpful. Either change all IPs to 1 working in a different city than bought, or stick with nothing and wait aimlessly for maintenance. Maintenance took more than 4h for my IPs affected. It's a pity considering they are pretty affordable and their payments systems worked pretty well.

Misleading service.

During purchase, ASN selection (e.g. Taiwan AS3462) is shown, which creates the impression of a guaranteed configuration. However, in reality the allocation is not guaranteed and may be random. This was not clearly disclosed before payment.

After purchase, the service did not match expectations. Customer support refused refund and stopped responding.

Be careful before buying.

If I could, I’d give this -99 stars. Ever since I bought it, I’ve had nothing but problems. I haven’t even been able to use it properly. It took me 3 days of dealing with support just to explain that the proxy I purchased was not from the region I wanted, and now I’m only getting 1 Mbps speed :D I keep explaining the issue to support, but they don’t even reply. I definitely will never buy anything from here again.

I’ve been using Lumia Proxy for a while now, and honestly, the experience has been great. The best thing about it is the speed and stability — the connection runs smoothly without any lag. The setup was super easy as well; I didn’t need any technical knowledge to get started.

Awful customer service, they don't reply and if they do it's a one-word response. I paid for a residential proxy but they supplied me a data-centre proxy and won't refund me even though they have given me a product I didn't want and something different to what was advertised. That's called mis-selling and it's illegal. They state that they use a specific site for testing if the IP is residential, but that doesn't prove that it is residential, and it isn't a true residential proxy, it is via a DATA CENTRE. They state customer satisfaction is their priority but they refuse any refunds whatsoever. So I FAIL to see the satisfaction and clearly they DO NOT CARE about it.

AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

UPDATE: In reply to their response, no I have NOT got the wrong company- I'm reviewing lumiproxy.com You can't simply write on every bad review that they have the wrong company. You state you are "sorry for my unhappy experience" yet you refuse to refund me and you have stopped replying to me through your "customer service" (however very quick to reply here). It seems you are more worried about your reputation than individual customer satisfaction.

FURTHER UPDATE: My issue HAS NOT been resolved. You haven't refunded me, you've moved the money to my "account" where it still CAN'T be refunded from. Stop fabricating what you are actually doing which is preventing me from a refund.

Very nice quality residential proxies. As clean as the paid connections are. And your gigas never expired, use them only when you need it. And easy to use
