Beginning of January I wrote a negative…

Beginning of January I wrote a negative review about having problems with Lumise which sparked an acknowledgement from James, their support team.
He promised he would help me with the problems I was having with Lumise.
This I was very grateful for so I removed my negative review.
With the problems Lumise was stopping me from going any further with my new website.
After giving him access to my website, I thought he would quickly solve the problems and I could actually use Lumise with no issues, but after a couple of weeks I noticed nothing had been done.
So several emails sent to him and each email I sent I would get a reply that they were working on the solution.
Moving forward to mid April and still nothing has been done to help me with the issues I'm having with Lumise.
Today I tried to update Lumise but it won't update do to errors.
I am very disappointed in the Lumise team as I have purchased their product that is not fit for purpose and they promised to help but didn't. I feel like I have been fobbed off.

I purchased Lumise-Product Designer to…

I purchased Lumise-Product Designer to help develop a site for a home business sublimation printer. Originally we used it for our own design purposes but it has become so easy to use and very powerful that we are sharing access to it with our customers who can design their own images for inclusion on our products.
I'm not technical at all so their support team especially Quinn have been extremely helpful in getting the site up and running.
I fully recommend the product and the service. I cant wait to see what features they come up with next.

Lumise payment problems sorted

My Lumise was causing payment problems on my wordpress site. After endless fact-finding without results, I then contacted Lumise support team... wow responded quickly (time difference) and resolved my problem, payment issue sorted and working. Big thanks to James and team.
