These lanterns look lovely and worked well but I paid $124USD for 2 and after 12 months the crystal had lots of tiny cracks/flaws appear. Now they are only good for the trash.

Straight forward ordering process and prompt delivery

Beautiful rechargeable lights. Love them in black. I already had one in the brass color. They have 3 different light settings which is great. They’re just a very cool little light that can go just about anywhere. The charge lasts a long time.

I ordered 4 lamps. One was cracked and another didn’t work at all. These are expensive lamps to buy, but are cheaply made. These were to be Christmas presents. Customer service is only by email. No phone and communication is terrible. I have sent several emails with pictures of my faulty products, but have not received any correspondence and it’s been days.
Awful way to do business. I would stay away from any purchases from this company.

The lights are sturdy, beautiful, and well made. It’s a bonus not to frequently replace batteries. Each one makes a lovely addition to my indoor design.

These table lamps should be so cool, but have some significant flaws. The illumination level at full power is just dim. The lamp bases are small, which would be great if they also were heavy enough to balance the larger shade at the top of the fixture. Unfortunately, the base is much to light to secure the fixture, and it tips over easily. Lastly, if you care about the color of the light in the white setting, don't get the 16-color version. The "white" that comes out of the fixture is sickly. Overall, disappointing.

There were lots of products to choose from and prices were great.

My lamps are fantastic, exactly what I expected. They arrived promptly and in excellent condition. The entire transaction was smooth sailing.

I ordered a Lumizon proyector in Feb 2024 and I'm still awaiting the item. No confirmation of postage. I'm still awaiting item. Have contacted via email & webchat but no response. Calls divert to answer phone. I didn't realise they were based in India as website boasts UK delivery and good reviews. I'm extremely disappointed. Same item was being sold on Tik Tok shop but I opted for Lumizon direct. Do not recommend. *BEWARE**

Lamps arrived broken and crooked. Overall very poor, cheap quality.

I would have given zero stars but that's not an option. I ordered two lamps back in November and i still have not received them. Website clearly says they ship via Australia Post tracked and insured but they don't. They use some bogus company who has a terrible track record and consequently i have never received my lamps and despite weekly emails to customer service I still don't have them now will they refund my money. Pathetic customer Assistance from Lumisom. Do not trust this company!!!
